Went to the drive-thru ordered 2 chocolate chunk cookies wich is on the menu under shakes and deserts and I also hot a ham and chesse market fresh sandwich I paid for my order and next thing I know a manager comes and tells me they are out of ham at 8:10pm closing time is at 12am how can they be out of Ham and then she told me they dont sell the cocolate chunk cookies and I said its on the menu when I looked it up on the Internet before I drove here and she said she dont know about it being on the menu and directed me to go to another Arby's that has what I wanted she didnt offer me anything substitute to try to keep my business she refunded my money back and told me to go to New Baltimore there's a Arby there or another down on gratiot closer to hallroad. Guess she didn't my business anymore can't believe No ham and she didn't even know Arby's sold cookies little lone its on there menu. Read moreArby’s ripped me off. I placed an online order at 10pm and they close at 11pm. I went up there and sat there at the window while they closed an hour early to be ignored for 20 minutes. Eventually after honking my horn a guy came to the window and told me he couldn’t issue me a refund for my order but told me he was the “manager” he definitely was not the manager because if he was he would have been able to issue the refund or at least give me a gift card for the amount that I paid for the order. They ripped me off of $30 worth of food. He said they are closing early because of Covid hours when that’s not true because they are originally opened until 1am and with Covid hours they are open until 11pm. Very disrespectful to not give me a refund or at least a gift certificate/gift card in the amount that I ordered. My order showed up on their screen and they were completely ignoring my order because they wanted to close an hour early. Did not call me to tell me that they were closing early nor did they turn off their online ordering prior to them closing early. Very unprofessional. This store is frequently closed during posted open hours. Similarly the dining room is frequently locked during the hours posted as inside dining being open.
I'm writing this at 9:28 PM, both the website and Google list them being open until 11, as does the sign on the door. There is one person visible inside, the sign and menu are not lit. This is a common occurrence.
Edit (October 02, 2022): This store has edited its own hours to reflect being open for 24 hours every day. This store is almost never open after 8:00 p.m. the hours remain sporadic, yet every time they are changed on Google, the store itself changes them back to 24 hours. Google needs a feature where such a dishonest business can be flagged publicly.
