On 9-1-2025 at 4:32pm I ordered my meal after waiting close to 15 minutes to place order. I assumed because of the Holiday the restaurant was short on staff but after eventually I got up to the window I asked for 4 packs of horseradish and Andy sauce the girl staired at me and while she just stood there not taking other people’s orders (while there were several other people working.)Then she proceeded to give me my order after a good 5 mins sitting at window without any sauces. I asked her if I could have some sauces and she huffed and grabbed a huge handful of each and threw them in the bag and trusted my order at me. Read moreI am going with 4 stars because 1) I only went through the drive thru and I have no idea what the inside looks like and 2) the drive thru could have been a fuzz faster. I will say that the outside looks very inviting with some well kept landscaping and jaunty umbrella tables. (Who uses the word jaunty anyway. I do, that's who. Deal with it.) My French dip and swiss was fresh and flavorful although I am a bit sceptical about it's claim to French origins. Gave confirmation number but manager had no way to confirm the order as the online order goes through a different company??. She stated she could not make my food even though my VISA was charged. Sent emails to customer service but no response. Finally called customer service 1-800 number and spoke to a real person who said my VISA would be refunded after 3 to 5 business days.
