There is a special posted in the upper left hand corner on the drive thru menu board. It says, "Large quarter pounder w/cheese meal 4.10" Also, there is a quarter w/cheese, fries and a drink pictured. No other price is listed, nor does it say sandwich, just meal. I ordered this meal and noticed that the price was 7.10 I told the lady what it said and she said no, the meal was 7.10. I said it's posted for 4.10. I said that I was reading off the sign and it said, "Large quarter pounder w/cheese meal 4.10" she said that it would be 7.10 and do I still want it. I told her no, but i wanted to talk to a manager about the sign. A man was at the window and said that it was 7.10 I told him that I told her that I didn't want the order, but i wanted to talk to a manager. He said, "I'm the manager." I told him that he needed to check the sign that it said the meal was 4.10 He said that's for the sandwich. I tried to explain again word for word what it said. He said no maam it says sandwich. I said no it says meal. You need to look at the sign. He said no that he checked it, then shut the window. I knocked and asked for his name. He said Jerry. I asked Jerry what? He replied just Jerry, I'm the only one here and shut the window again. I asked the girl at the next window what the main manager's name was and she told me, and was nice.
He "Manager Jerry" never introduced himself, checked the posting or appologized. He was just rude and arrogant. I already canceled my meal, and I was not asking for anything. Nobody bothered to ask, if I would like something else. I wasted 15 mins on Memorial day weekend, trying to let them know that it was incorrect and needed changed. What an idiot.

New update: still five stars! So many times this McDonald's on bridge Street in front of harbor freight and Dunham's sports is the best one. Great customer service, super friendly, and most importantly always fresh food and never stail or old. Special shout out to my elderly ladies usually always up front registers or at drive through last window, you got some real MVP crew that I appreciate seeing every time I go in. One time, I even went through drive through instead of my normal pick up inside and I ended up waiting for like 25 minutes but to reward my patience they gave me free meal card for the error and wait during their peak dinner rush. Read moreAlthough staff were friendly and helpful, I was given two apple pies that were three hours (!) past the time they were supposed to be pulled--which also means anyone who purchased apple pies in the three hours before me were also given ones that had been out too long. Basic food safety issue. Didn't notice till I was back at my hotel--and, no, I'm not going back out at 11pm to get my money back--and I won't go back tomorrow for replacements from a kitchen that has basic food safety issues.
Manager also had no option for voiding charge without my return...even though credit card charges generally process as a batch after close. In other words, more inconvenience for the customer.
I also wasn't given my receipt.
Well, maybe decreased sales and a deserved low review will encourage the people in charge to care more about their customers by giving stage proper training and support, and giving management a customer-friendly...
