Read moreIf I could give this place a zero I would: I went through the drive thru and waited about three minutes waiting for the cashier to say something, eventually I said into the speaker "hello? Anyone there?" I got a rude reply with the cashier saying "WE'RE WAITING ON YOU." umm excuse me? You're literally supposed to say something to let me know you're there. I was surprised at the level of rudeness and incompetence at this location. After I pulled up to the window, she took my credit card then walked away with it, let me repeat myself: SHE WALKED AWAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD. After three minutes that she dissapeared with my credit card she came back to say "Do you have cash?" I told her no, then she said "our machines aren't working." Before I drove off I told her she shouldn't walk away with a credit card, you should tell the person on the speaker that your machines aren't working, and you should let the person on the speaker know that you're there. To have the person at the intercoms raise their voice at and me and tell me the ice cream machine is down and they’re about to close. I’ve worked food service, I completely understand how it is. If your equipment is down great no problem, if you just don’t feel like making it Because it’s late okay sure understandable just say that. But for you to raise your voice at me over a milkshake, really? Immediately called to speak to the manager just to realize the rude person at the intercom was the manager.
