Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chipley

This was at 1:35pm We went in after a long trip and upon entering we were greeted by some women we went to use the restroom to which were filthy ! After that we decided to grab 2 coffees and some donuts the donuts stale and tasted old we got two coffees one iced with hazelnut and one original hot coffee extra cream extra sugar to which we received two iced coffees at this point one of the women had her hair flying all over knocking over cups and lids both women were eating food while checking out customers we finally get our corrected coffees we got one iced original (not what we ordered) & one hot coffee with hazelnut (not what we ordered) the women was needlessly placing labels (we watched her mess up 3 other drinks while waiting on ours) without even focusing on what she was doing we will not be back I truly hope they were short staffed so they have some excuse for the awful survive but if not I hope they can work on training their...

Leaving 2 stars is generous because I like Dunkin. I've fought the urge to write a review 3 separate times. This morning, I had enough. I order the same breakfast sandwich every time.. the bacon that's on special which currently is the maple sugar. I order that with egg and cheese on an everything bagel, ADD a chicken patty.. it's simple. This morning the girl in the window said uhhhhhhh I cant do that. How about chicken and cheese. I said no I want what I ordered. I order it every time. Pull around to the window. They ask me in person and say they couldn't understand me at the intercom. Fine. Explain it to them again...

Now heres wherebit gets great. I get my bag, pull away, now late for work.. open the bag..... its a plain bagel with chicken... and cheese. REALLY?! Thisnis the fourth separate morning I've received the wrong order. Incompetent... I'm done with...

I honestly keep trying to give these guys another chance, but every single time I'm reminded why we avoid coming here. I try hard to patient, but the wait times are longer than what I consider reasonable, the service is NOT friendly or polite, and the quality of the food is consistently poor. Staff has been rude nearly every single time I go. They show no care when giving you your order, the picture is how they served my husband's doughnut, thrown in the bottom of a bag and smeared all over the place(I tore the bag open so it's visible what I'm talking about). I don't mind a wait if the food is quality and the service friendly, but this place always is lacking in both areas. Save your money and go to one of our local coffee and doughnut shops, you'll get much better quality...
