We barely come to dominoes, this is exactly why! We ordered on the app for carry out. My husband drove to pick the pizza up , we open it and find out our pizza is not only burnt but there's like two scoops of pasta in this dish. We called and they want us at almost 10 pm to drive back with it even after saying we have picture proof. They said they would make a cookie for the mistake but we don't even want it. We are now dealing with more irritable kids and I drive back to chubbuck and pull up to the curve ( my right foot is broken so I try and get closer) they didn't have the pizza ready still so destiny the assistant manager keeps interrupting before I can even tell them who I am and she keeps telling me I need to move my car over and over. I have kids in the car that I'm trying to keep a close eye on while not trying to walk the long distance. At this point, I just want to say the whole parking lot was empty. It's almost 10 PM. I'm not super proud of the argument. We got in the middle of the store but the fact that destiny just kept escalating it more and more surprised to me so much. I'm dealing with the loss of my sister and being lazy cooking recently. I have never in my life. Had a problem with Dominos employees acting the way that she behaved. It would've never gotten to that if she wasn't treating me the way she was. Long story short we left with no food to go to the other dominoes because it this point our options are limited this late at night and my kids still just wanted pizza. I'm not one to take the energy out and leave a review. Especially because most of the time it's just a small mistake that should not be reflected on an employee however the fact that destiny chose to keep saying what she did, while the other employee was chuckling, a couple feet away, was so upsetting. We ended up going to the Pocatello location off Yellowstone, after telling them about our situation Connor helped us out and made everything perfectly. Not only that they get a lot of complaints about destiny at their store as well. Hopefully some sort of action gets taken, there is no way I am the first person this happened to. I'm sure it won't...
Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars I would. For quite some time, we ordered frequently from this location with zero issues. Starting about 3 years ago, we starting having massive issues with extremely long delivery times. We stopped ordering from them and went to a different brand. Tonight, we decided to give it another try, WHAT A MISTAKE! Ordered, waited an hour and app still said prep, called, they said it’d be an hour before my order arrived, waited 45 more minutes and it still said prep, called back and they said another 2 hours. When I called, people were yelling in the background, they were workers. We’re a small town, it’s not a population of hundreds of thousands. We waited almost 2 hours and cancelled our order because it was going to be another 2 hours. 4 hours for 3 pizzas is INSANITY!!! Never going back to this location! Management/ownership has gone downhill. Pizza Hut is a decent option or Bigfoot pizza, they actually taste...
Read moreI really enjoy the Domino’s App. We like being able to see the progress with the tracker of our Pizza being made and to know exactly when our delivery driver is out front. I think it’s a great app mostly, we use to it keeps track of when you earn a free pizza and when you have a coupon or discount to use, that’s a nice feature.
They also have the Dinnerbell which you can’t send a message to your kids phones and your husband and your wife, whoever and alert them that our pizza is on the way.
The only downfall is there have been a couple times in a dozen orders where the app didn't work and I ended up calling in the order or the app just isn't recognizing me, my phone number, and email address. I wish I could get those orders added too my total of pizza orders?
