Wingstop — Restaurant in Chubbuck

Amazing the difference between my experience here, and my last experience at the Idaho Falls/Ammon location previously. so much better! Greeted with a hello at the door, we had ordered online because fresh food takes longer, but we knew we didn't want to wait. when we explained we had ordered online, they gave us our drink cups, and gave us an update on where the food was in the cooking process. we sat down, the manager noticed it appeared we were wanting to eat in, and he offered to tray up our food instead of boxing it to go. I know it sounds simple, but paying attention to little details like this made us feel seen and welcomed. and for only the second time at wingstop the same manager (Scott, I asked his name) even stopped to check on the food taste and quality of our meal. (I lived east coast, and have had wingstop across the country) Great experience, great food made correctly, in a genuine friendly environment. I live halfway between the 2 locations, and I will ONLY go to the Pocatello/Chubbuck Location...

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE WingStop but this certain location gets a 1 star from me. My boyfriend and I were in town visiting and we were craving WingStop and so I’m assuming that most locations train their employees pretty well on cooking times/temps but this location obviously doesn’t do that. For the both of us I ordered the 30 piece family pack and asked well done for everything. I come to pick up our food and when I bite into my wing, I notice that all of them weren’t cooked well done. And to top it off, my boyfriend’s chicken was raw and he saw pink inside of it which ended up giving him food poisoning. Soo do I recommend WingStop? Absolutely, but do I recommend this...

LIFE CHANGING The staff were so so so friendly I went there to buy the fries(more about them later) but my card kept declining BUT instead of just letting me go the cashier (jo or Joel I think her name was) said NAH and said that it was on her I was speechless. That was honestly one of the nicest things anyones ever done for me. I think the jo or whatever her name was need and IMMEDIATE raise because people like that in this world are rare.
