Uncle Ming's Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Saratoga Springs

We bought Mei fun and sweet and sour chicken, it was terrible. The Mei fun was made with thin spaghetti instead of rice noodles and was over cooked, clumped together...disgusting. The sweet and sour chicken was hard as a rock and not edible. At 12.99 a dish we were very disappointed. Not sure if there is a new cook or someone just not caring but serving good paying customers that food isn't going to bring repeat business or recommendations through word of mouth. Absolutely horrible delivery service , food was horrible and tastes funky and the delivery man overcharged , I counted out what I had to pay twice plus gave him a 5$ tip, he went out to his car and came back with less money then what I gave him and said it wasnt right... upon his leaving I realized they overcharged us and gave us items we did not ask for. Definately DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS PLACE, AND THE HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE FUNKY TASTING FOOD....

It was the worst Chinese food I have EVER had! When my husband I got to there to place our order it was dead. We figured hmm okay must have just got done with the rush, let's give them a try. Wrong.
