Freckles Juice White Plains — Restaurant in City of White Plains

Kiosk female attendant named “PILAR” at 5 City Pl (White Plains, NY) had a really bad attitude, aggressive manners towards my purchase of two smoothies. She wanted to get paid first and serve later. She also refused to accept my Groupon Gift voucher for 1 free smoothie with valid date and coupon # and QR stamp (5-8-24). This is completely unacceptable from the merchant and an insult towards the customer. “Pilar” kiosk female attendant needs customer service skills and a more customer oriented training.
