Evy's Terrace Bar & Bistro — Restaurant in Clearwater

I was excited about going to Evy's initially due the location and Sunset. My partner and I arrived and were welcomed by no one so we eventually seated ourselves. The waitress at no time came over to serve us nor did she introduce herself. After getting our own menu's I proceeded to the bar to order the platter and 2 cocktails. They were delivered to our table approx 20 mins later, the platter was a huge imbalance of cheese and crackers with carrots a d celery also on there which I found a weird combination. The cocktail's were satisfactory. My partner was cold so I requested a blanket from the waitress, she seems disgruntled but came back with what appeared to be a table cloth, it was cold as the fire pits there did absolutely nothing but look pretty! So she wrapped it around herself. The lighting wasn't great but my partner decided to have a closer look at the table cloth.....almost throwing up into our meal she discovered someone had vomited into the fabric. So disturbing!! I returned it to the non existent waitress who seemed completely nonchalant about what had happened, nor did she offer a apology. So all in all if you are looking for romantic venue to take your partner, you would be wise to avoid this nightmare of a restaurant. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day describing what should be a night to remember. Needless to say, we will never return to this filthy outfit! I feel 1 star is overating what I saw...

We ALWAYYYSSS COME TO EVYS ! It Was NOT Evys it was the front desk person working today !!! 04/30/2023 in the evening . We were trying to get OUT but the key that EVYS bartender gave us was not valid I guess and restricted us from leaving ! We called the front desk person and she stated with an attitude “ YOU HAVE TO GET IT VALIDATED “ and hung up in our face ! So Ofcourse when we got back up to the front desk person we were upset !! Because we could NOT get out for 1!!!! And she just hung up in our face !! I tolerate ALOT but disrespect will NOT BE 1! She was very rude unprofessional! I went off and she stated she was going to call the “ COPS “ but never did because guess what ? WE WERE TRYING TO LEAVE ! Instead she called the manager that backed her up when she was WRONG ! And he then stated “ leave the property “ WHEN THATS WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO DO TO BEGIN WITH ! Make it make sense ! 1 star for me, the Bartneders are amazing at Evys ! I love them they are great ! Get better front desk customer service. Karen’s are not needed ! She felt very entitled and we were not rude and never is rude ! Get better...

Located on the 6th fl of the Hampton Inn hotel. They validate parking for 2hrs, then its $20/hr. The bar area is not so clean and presentable, we got here around sunset time, place was empty so lots of table options, chairs were just all over the place, looked messy. Their were tons of ants on the tables across from the bar facing the ocean. This was due to not cleaning the table clearly. Drinks are not strong or tasty. Service is bad (even tho the place was empty). Validate machine was also not charged from previous day so I had to wait at the front desk of the Hampton to get validated and Nancy seemed upset to have to help me. She was really friendly when speaking with the new arriving guests for the hotel but rolled her eyes when I told her I was sent there for parking validation by the bartender from the restaurant. In short, the sunset view is not worth it from this location. I would recommend the free beach access right below it. Drink prices were reasonable and food...
