Our server Alejandro is "THE MAN".

Talk about OUTSTANDING Hospitality... This guy could write a book!

His assistance, service and suggestions were "On Point" throughout our entire visit.

We were comfortable, and well attended to for our every need and desire.

And we were not the easiest group to deal with today because we requested to change tables several times because of heat, direct sunlight and rain.

And without hesitation, he gave us "Service With A Smile" with each and every request.

We were also semi-celebrating our daughter in-laws birthday. And he suggested a chocolate mud slides cake that was out of this world!

I asked if there was a candle that could be added to set the tone of a birthday. However, the policy here is no candles for cakes or birthdays.

However, when he brought out the cake, there was a lit candle on top just to satisfy our request.

Alejandro definitely made an average birthday into AN AMAZING birthday by paying attention to the little things.

I tried purchasing a few drinks for my party at the bar around 11pm. The “bartender”, Jordan, blatantly laughed in my face as I showed him my real legal ID. He would not tell me why he wouldn’t accept my ID at first, and just kept saying “Yeah.. no.” Excuse me? That is no way to talk to a paying customer, I work in the service industry myself and would never treat a customer like that.. ever. I eventually asked him why he would not accept my ID, he said it didn’t look like me. He said I need to show him a debit card to verify.. what? I explained multiple times that I did not have my debit card on me, because I just came to the hot tub and was planning on charging our drinks to the room. I was unfortunately unable to get through to him with his snarky attitude and defensiveness. He wanted to feel superior and I let him have his moment. Nice place to enjoy a beach sunset. A totally open-to-the-beach back porch is their main seating area. They also have some couches and a fire pit right on the beach. So you have a perfect view of the beach and sunset while you dine under table umbrellas. At night, you're dining/drinking in the dark but they bring you a little light for your table. It's kinda cool unless you really need to see what you're eating and who you're talking to. I give the food 3 stars meaning that the food is pretty good. I usually get their hamburger. Unfortunately, their default side is home-made chips (like potato chips) and they're hideous. What blows my mind is that they have delicious seasoned fries and they don't let you substitute. So get a large basket of the fries for your table to share - they're great. Overall, I like the place but I would go there far more often if they got rid of their chips.
