I had never heard of Bambuu before but decided to try it on a whim, and wow, am I glad I did! The food was amazing. The bourbon chicken and udon were absolute perfection.

I typically avoid fast-casual Asian-style spots since the food often lacks variety in flavor and tends to sit out for a while, so I came in a bit skeptical. Bambuu was a refreshing change. We ordered the Four Bowl (udon and lo mein, bourbon chicken, and teriyaki mushrooms) and the Bambuu Bowl (fried rice, General Tso’s, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken) and a side of apple pie wontons.

The lo mein reminded me of Panda Express but without the overpowering onion taste. The bourbon chicken was phenomenal and definitely my favorite. The orange chicken was tasty, and while the General Tso’s was good, do not expect a spicy kick. It is very mild in both spice and flavor.

Prices were typical for this type of restaurant our meals with a drink and the side of apple pie wontons came out to $32 and change. I recommend viewing the menu ahead of time so you have an idea of how to order. Think of it like ordering Fresh Kitchen or FreshCo bowls, etc but with an Asian-inspired twist.

Service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only real critique is the seating. The restaurant has very limited indoor space and every table and chair filled up fast. We ended up eating outside, which was fine, but in the Florida heat and humidity it is not the most comfortable experience, even with the umbrella for shade. Adding more seating, shade, or outdoor fans would make a huge difference.

Overall, delicious food, wonderful service, and definitely...

I ordered take out from here and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Chinese food in a long time. From the moment I walked in to pick up my order, I was treated with amazing customer service. Ricky, the owner, personally came out and served me my meal. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed before I left. That kind of personal touch really stood out to me.

As for the food it was outstanding. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The fried rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the noodles were delicious, and the chicken was tender with just the right amount of sauce. You could tell nothing was sitting around; it all tasted like it came straight from the kitchen just for me. Even the portions were generous, and everything was packed neatly for take out so it traveled well.

What impressed me the most is that Ricky made me feel like more than just another customer. He talked with me, made sure I had utensils, napkins, and sauces, and double checked that my order was correct before handing it to me. It’s rare these days to find both great food AND this level of care and attention.

If you’re looking for amazing Chinese food with even better service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to family...

Today was our 1st time trying this place. Just a little advice-you may want to consider having the employees wear gloves & not speak directly over customers food bowls. I would also advise to speak with the entire staff to try to not show their emotions to all of the customers as it does not create a very welcoming environment. We felt so bad because everyone seemed overwhelmed. We watched an employee sniff & try an entree in front of us & realized it was the wrong entree place there. While we appreciate that they did not serve us the incorrect entree, there was probably a more private way to share that with the fellow employees. While that was happening, another customer was complaining about an entree that seemed to be old & there was some back & forth happening with an employee & the customer. It was such a very chaotic dinner experience for some simple takeout. We understand this place is new but when opening a new business, you only get one chance to nail that 1st impression when a customer comes into your establishment. As for the food itself, it seems to be lacking in seasoning & freshness. Hopefully you all are able to work...

🔥NEW SPOT ALERT🔥 Just checked out Bambuu Asian Eatery off 27 in Clermont and let me tell you... they did NOT miss! 👏 I went in on that teriyaki chicken AND orange chicken 🍗🍊—both were 🔥. The cheese ragoon? Crispy and creamy. The apple wontons? Lowkey addicting. And you KNOW your boy was swimming in that yum-yum sauce 😮‍💨 Fast, fresh, and flavorful. I’ll definitely be back—might even make this a weekly move. 🍱😎 #EatingWithTheRizman #BambuuAsianEatery #ClermontEats #FoodieFinds #RizApproved @bambuuasianeatery

The food was good. Leaving a bad review on the first day is diabolical. The staff were all pleasant, especially the guy on the line that recommended the Korean chicken. Reminds me of if Panda Express and the Chinese spots inside the malls had a baby and left out the MSG. Great little spot when you get the craving but don’t want to drive to Millenia. Prices are normal for the area/amount of food. News flash most quick service food spots aren’t going to have food for less than $10. Welcome to 2025. All this aside, food was tasty, no long line, and good service. Good opening day. Some people were giving the people on the line a hard time for nonsense- ITS THE FIRST DAY. Enjoy your food or don’t eat there. Anyway. I’ll be back.
