False Advertisement/Treatment of customer

Details below: I arrived this morning at 7 and found an employee sitting outside the store, but the open signs were illuminated. There was a sign that said drive-thru only... to which I drove to the drive-thru and found cones blocking it. I drove back to the front and the person had gone inside. I then waited at the drive-thru for someone to remove the cones and allow me to make my purchase. By 0735, no one came to remove the cones. I pulled in to a parking spot and the door was locked. It is completely unacceptable for a business to falsely claim they are open. Wasting my entire breakfast time waiting and thus missing my opportunity to have proper nutrition for the morning has set me back on my goals and started me off in a deficit. At no point did the staff come out and speak with me about why they weren't open, even with me standing at the door waiting for a bit.

This practice cannot be permitted to continue! Some folks plan their nutrition around your businesses promises of health and wellness. I put my trust in smoothie king (clermont), but was left without sustenance and...

The service here is hit or miss, there are some really great employees.. however 2 weeks in a row now they've run out of peanut butter which is a major staple and dates. If you're running out of peanut butter every week common sense would say to order more, I'm not going to keep coming back to this location if they can't keep common items in stock. I visit at least 3x a week you're definitely losing money. Common sense from a customer perspective is if you offer it you need to have it in stock, and if you don't,you have a failing management team. If you sell a lot of peanut butter and you always run out you only need one time for that to happen before you order more peanut butter this is really simple basic business 101. Please fix it I like you but planet smoothie is right around...

I love smoothies and where else to get your smoothies than from Smoothie King...its been quite sometime has passed and I missed you so much!!! Literally had to drive a long way to get a Smoothie in Clermont..can you consider coming down between thee Haines City & Davenport area on US 27? We have plenty of space and they are literally building up this place. Lots of new apt complexes coming up and homes 🏡 sure we have some eateries here but we can sure use a Smoothie King!!! This location can serve Davenport, Haines City, Dundee, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Lake Alfred, and Winter Haven!!! Thats 7 different areas of Polk in one destination!!! You will surely strive in this location. We are in dire need so please consider our location!! Thanks for reading...you won't...
