BJ's Wholesale Club — Restaurant in Clermont

I do a monthly bulk haul of items at this BJ’s. The staff is nice, the location is clean and organized. They have plenty of items in stock and a variety of brands. I buy most of my protein here because it’s fresh.

This location not only has the store, but it also has a liquor store and a gas station.

I’ve been putting my gas at BJ’s for a couple months now because I have found that I am able to get it cheaper than anywhere else due to certain perks they offer their customers.

For example just this week I paid $4.37 a gallon when it was originally $4.87 a gallon. I was able to get it at a reduced price by pumping gas after I did groceries and by using my BJ’s Perks Mastercard. Typically when you use their credit card you save money, but there are certain items in the store that offer you an extra .20 cents off gas if you purchase them. Also the store credit card also offers you cash back percentages so you save even in the store.

Not only was I able to save on gas but I also had a $40 credit card reward that I used towards my groceries.

Saving money anywhere I can is a win for me, so I like that they have these offers customers can take advantage of.

The only reason I am giving this location a 4 star rating is because they recently changed their registers up and now they have more self checkout registers than regular registers, which wouldn’t be an issue except you can only do self checkout if you have 20 items or less. So you now have to wait longer to check out since the registers...

Reverse discrimination condoned by the upper management of BJ's. The general manager of BJ's in Clermont Florida Beverly DeSantis and the regional manager Ted Bell will lie about facts to the upper management and the corporate attorneys to cover their inability to manage and cover up their incompetence. Ted Bell stated that he had reviewed surveillance camera footage and that DeSantsi did not handle an incident that occurred at the customer service desk where I was physically threatened by a hispanic male, Ted Bell asked me how he and the BJ's management could make things right with me and then a few days later I recieved 3 letters from the corporate attorneys terminating my membership the other one is a no trespassing and now a cease and desist threating me with legal action if I discuss the incident with anyone or post on any web site. This is how BJ's management acts when they are scared that someone may take legal action against them and the company. It's obvious that BJ's two bit lawyers barely passed the bar exam the way that they are trying to intimidate me but sad for them that it isn't going to work in their favor. Beware of doing business with BJ's because they are crooks,liars and manipulators that think they have power that they do not. This company...

Always a pleasure to purchased here but keep In mind you can only purchase in Bulk. If you have a family or you own a culinary business this is the store for you. Electronics are well priced here. Books are very well stocked. There are many toys to choose from. Clothes might not be high end but if your looking for undergarments, well priced garments, children's clothes, and shoes that will not break the bank this is your store. The bakery has baked items fresh daily. The deli is well stocked with everything you are looking for and very competitive prices. There supplements are well priced. The pharmacy area is stocked with everything and some more. They also have samples throughout the store for you to try the new products at various times during the day. They have various self check out stations and customer service check out stations as well. They do not offer plastic bags or paper bags but when you are leaving they do have random boxes where you can put your items in. Also these stores do require you to have a paid yearly membership. There are 3 tiers for the memberships and the prices do change from season to season. Give them a call and ask them the price points and this way you are not surprised when you get there.
