My review is just about the food at this establishment. Hubby and I heard such rave reviews regarding this sandwich shop we just had to try it. AND we were so disappointed. Awful doesn't even come close to how bad the food was. Just got two sandwiches from Jersey Mike's one Hancock Rd by the new Publix. A Philly cheese steak original and a Chicken Bacon ranch. I have never had this particular brand of sandwich shop before and I will never buy them again! Absolutely the worst sandwiches I have ever had. The meat on both sandwiches is extremely dry and flavorless. The chicken is the worst! So dry it is hard to chew. The steak is edible but without the onions and peppers it would have no flavor at all. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich had obviously been frozen and was limp and wimpy... not appetizing at all. But...there was one good thing about the sandwiches... The bread is absolutely amazing! So soft. Loved it. But... not worth the high price of the sandwiches. In my opinion...Save your money and go...

After viewing the receipt carefully I noticed this $4.29 charge that cannot understand, so I ask the lady what is this, and she tells me that’s the cup with ice and the chips for your dad.
I tell her, ok that’s fine. Do I have refill with this cup from the soda machine? And she tells me “no, for that you have the soda bottle”.
Every person that was also dining in the restaurant kept refilling their glasses with soda from the machine, but I was...
Read moreLet me kick off with I love Jersey Mikes, however the clermont location needs to be trained in the franchise ways. You can often find employees scraping the left over condiments back into their containers - cross contamination. The employees struggling cutting the sandwiches properly, I literally got a 4inch regular sub.. I felt like I was getting the subway experience - not to mention the few slices of turkey - cmon, this is Jersey mikes - we don’t skimp. The most concerning part of my visit was the cashier using the same gloves while checking a customer out and then cutting-preparing my sandwich. Total breach in food handling processes. Hopefully corporate reaches out and helps this franchise with...
