Shady Business Practices & Terrible Customer Service To start this off. I didn’t even know about the free sandwich until I got there. I was just getting my lunch. If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Jimmy John’s. The owner came outside multiple times with conflicting excuses—first claiming they had no running water, then saying they had no Internet to another person, and later mentioning a water leak. Another person she said she had no internet and he replied you told another person no water. She said well yeah that too I don’t need to answer any questions. When customers tried to ask questions, she ignored them and walked away.

A gentleman nearby called her out, saying she was just shutting down to avoid honoring a free sandwich promo since they had around 80 orders to fulfill. And honestly, it sure seemed that way. The restaurant is in a strip mall, and every other business had both water and Internet.

One of the employees was outside taking customers’ names to supposedly cancel their orders once the Internet came back. But then the owner stormed out, grabbed the employee arm , and dragged her inside, telling her to get to work—despite the fact that they were closed. When I pointed this out, she ignored me, went inside, yelled at the employee saying theirs nothing we need to do, and locked the door.

To make it worse, another frustrated customer had already called corporate, and they confirmed that since the orders had been placed, the promo wouldn’t be honored—even if they canceled. So basically, they shut down to avoid giving away free sandwiches, and customers got screwed over.

Absolutely ridiculous. Shady business practices, rude ownership, and an overall awful experience. Avoid...

I've eaten at a LOT of Jimmy John's and a LOT of quick-serve places. This location and the team there stand out... every time I go in (maybe once every month or two, it's not exactly nearby where I live), I am greeted by genuine people who are not just shouting out without any interest in their voices.

Yes, it's a quick-serve food place, but who doesn't appreciate being acknowledged by friendly people who seem like they're really there to help get you some great food?! I always order the same sandwich, which was made SO QUICKLY (Freaky Fast! as promised), but also exactly as ordered.

Everything is always fresh, and more flavorful than any other sandwich chain... doesn't matter which JJ you go to, the food quality is there... but at this particular location, the team there is always friendly and at the ready. Makes the choice of where to go all that much better.

I wish I'd gotten the 2 team members' names... one female at the register, and the male made my sandwich... I've never seen either of them before, including at this store, but THEY (besides the great food) made the experience one that keeps me coming back to that store.

And in between, when "no one was watching," (it was late and near closing time), they still use gloves properly and proper sanitation practices as they were cleaning the store. Another plus (and often an unfortunate rarity for many other places).

Was it "just" a sandwich for dinner? Sure, but it was not actually... it was an experience, and there are few of those out there any more, so kudos to the team working the closing shift on 2/17/24 - I'll be back because of the great sandwiches, and...

Now, I've got to give a shout-out to the team here. The General Manager, Darryl, runs a tight ship. You can tell he's all about ensuring every customer leaves happy. And the staff, especially Logan and Angela, are always helpful and friendly. They remember your favorites if you're a regular!

The cleanliness of the place is just the cherry on top. It's spotless from the counters to the dining area, making it a comfortable spot to grab a seat while having lunch.
