Great concept, great location, great vibes, ruined entirely by the staff. Both bartenders made it their priority on a Tuesday night to rip shots and talk with friends at ends of the bar instead of serving anyone even remotely curious about another round. One guest left and left an appropriately low tip and I watched both bartenders sit there and talk down about their customers not tipping, as a line of people including myself sat there waiting for a drink. If you want a $6 pint with a 45 minute wait on a Tuesday with grumpy bartenders - this is your spot. Also - please make sure to order your last round 2 hours before closing time. If you don’t, they WILL be visibly and vocally angry with you. They will throw things around in a fit of toddler rage. Also be sure to check your tabs! They will double your drink totals to get better tips, and then complain when you ask them about it. As an industry worker, going to this bar as recommend by another bartender, I couldn’t be more disappointed. Repulsive staff and service. 0/10 would recommend for industry staff...

This used to be my favorite pizza establishment. Over the past 2 years the quality of their pizza has gone down tremendously. After ordering a cheese pizza and crunching my way through the burnt exterior, the inside was chewy and not in a good way. My jaw actually physically hurt after finishing the piece of crust. To be honest. I didn’t even finish the crust. I fed it to my dog. Their pizza is literally the quality of dog food.

The body of the pizza is incredibly thin where it used to be plump and delicious. When I say thin, I don’t mean like the nice crispy thin crust - it is basically soaked in oil and is floppy.

This was my first time in Cleveland and we stopped here after dinner for a drink. We waited I kid you not, over 45 minutes to get a drink. The bar was not busy and the guy behind the bar would not come to the left side of the bar because he was too busy only serving what looked to be his friends on the other side. Us and three other couples sat there in astonishment at how horrible the service was. Then when we were finally served we were served by a girl with long brown hair who we were shocked wasn’t a bar back since she stood behind the bar doing nothing the entire time until she finally decided to work and give us an attitude as she served us.
