Really amazing Reuben sandwich and friendly workers. It reminds me of my favorite bodega in New York City and was one of the few lunch spots open on Saturday in the area where I could get my hands on some classic Cleveland corned beef. The sandwich was loaded with very lean corned beef and had just the right amount of 1000 island dressing. They also had really good pickles served along side of the sandwich but I wish I ordered extra after tasting how yummy they were. Fair pricing and quick service. Quick walk from the arcade where I easily found a peaceful warm place to sit and eat my lunch.

I paid $17 something for a cornbeef sandwich and it was terrible and it didn't come with a pickle and it's so small had to take some of bread off and it's still small, I'm very disappointed and upset I spent $34 something for two sandwich and that was waste of money, these sandwiches should only be like $8 or $10 definitely not $17 don't waste you time or money on this place

AVOID the chicken gyro like the spongy, soggy mess that it is. When the generic salad topping tastes better than the "chicken" or whatever it was, that tells you everything. Lamb gyro was better, but absolutely nothing to write home about either.

Went there yesterday and asked about if their bacon egg and cheese was like the ones in NY. I was ensured so greatly that I came the next day (today) and ordered some for me and my girl. I knew there was an issue when I heard the microwave door open and close. This tasted like one of those frozen bagel sandwiches from the grocery isle. Terrible. Was ham not even friend bacon. Absolutely not like NY and I'm pretty sure everything was just microwaved. To the guy who said "brother trust me, just like NY", I'm never trusting you again...

Just stopped in with a coworker to grace a bite while taking a quick lunch break. Haven’t been to Jake’s in over a decade and I won’t be returning. I ordered a corned beef, no mustard, add mayo, Swiss cheese and roasted bread and a bag of lays original chips …what did I get, no chips (which I paid for) no toasted bread, mustard on my sandwich with no mayo and an unpleasant cook.
