Worst customer service as others have pointed out. Must be same middle aged lady with glasses. Immediately was upset because I ordered a large ice cream vs individual scoops for my kids as it is more cost efficient, she attempted to overcharge me on a separate item I ordered for myself and got further upset when I questioned her about it. She then proceeded to let me know she would be charging me for the 2 extra empty cups she had already given me. I ended up returning my item as she was adamant she would not charge me what was advertised on the menu and when I attempted to return the empty cups she did not want to accept them. Mind you I spoke Spanish to her the whole time and was being friendly and courteous. She was extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Okay now let me review the treats. We went with the scoop of ice cream with churros. Selected abuelita chocolate ice cream. It was true to the abuelita flavor and oh so good! The churros were yummy a smaller version of the now extinct Costco churro but just as good. For just under $8, itās a pretty good deal because it was the perfect amount to share for two of us (just having had dinner).
