Arby's — Restaurant in Colerain Township

I gave 3 stars ONLY because the Orange Cream shake is the BOMB! Otherwise it would have been a one star. I don't know what's going on at the Colerain location, but the service was terrible. We went inside to order so we could take our time deciding what we wanted, and when we placed our order and told her it was to go, it went downhill from there. We both ordered the Market Fresh Pecan Chicken salad that is supposed to be really creamy with pecans, grapes, and celery in it. When she started to bring our food she put it in trays for dining in and we had to repeat that it was to go, and got an eye roll for it. When we got home, the sandwiches were terrible. There was NO mayonnaise in the chicken salad, no pecans, and ONE grape per sandwich. It was basically a bunch of dry chicken cubes and pieces with celery on dry bread. I don't know why the quality and service of this location has gotten so poor, but it's not the first time I've gotten food that wasn't what was advertised. Welp, this is my first time I’ve felt a review was needed. Unfortunately it will be 1 star for what I experienced.

Le’Yhanna left me at the ordering station with no greeting for 2+ minutes. Should have been my sign to leave then.

After failing to correctly take my order and having to repeat myself several times I took it upon myself to show grace and keep it moving.

After pulling up to the window, I paid for my food. Given my card back and was given half of my order (which was cold) I tried to get her, her coworker and managers attention and when they noticed me they spoke to me through the window. They don’t bother to open it.

After notifying them, they grabbed my cold fries which they forgot about, handed it to me bagless and when I asked if it was the correct size. (It wasn’t) she nodded her head and didn’t speak. I decided to cut my loses with Le’Yhanna and go home with my head held high.

I hope to see better and I’ll chalk to Le’Yhanna having a bad day. If...

Food seems alright enough. However the experience wasn’t good. Ordered a few typical items, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers fries and a wrap. At the window asked me what sauces I would need, told them specifically the 3 sauces I wanted. They asked me to pull up cause something wasn’t done, waited about 10 minutes total including ordering. Manager brought my bag and I headed home.

Opened bag and all food is there but none of the sauces. Ya know... the ones that by default comes with mozzarella sticks. So now I got dry fries, mozz sticks and no berry sauce with my jalapeño poppers.

Called store and manager said I could bring back and would remake food so I guess that’s nice? But I live 15 minutes away, had to wait 10 minutes at the restaurant. So I’m supposed to waste another 30 minutes of my life? Lol anyway, I’m mostly annoyed with how to manager dismissed my concern.
