THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! Do NOT come here, I went through the drive thru with my friend and my children around 1pm and had ordered 2 kids meals then I had a coupon which I got in the mail today which came with 2 sandwiches fries and drinks, I told the lady I had a coupon and all of a sudden the lady manager rudely interrupted and grabbed the mic from the employee who had originally been taking our order and started yelling saying she’s not taking the coupon and I asked why? Why won’t you take the coupon?! I told her it’s a valid coupon not expired and didn’t understand... she all of a sudden started screaming into the mic at us! My children were horrified! I have never seen such abnoxious behavior from a manager in my life I was so upset I was shaking and almost in tears, this gave me so much anxiety with others behind me hearing this lady scream into the mic I told the manager I was going to pull around to the window because there was customers behind me in line and she was yelling at me embarrassing me in front of complete strangers, when I got to the window the lady manager was shaking and told us she wasn’t serving us so I asked Why?! Why won’t you serve us I don’t understand!!?! Over a coupon?! She then told me if I didn’t leave the window she was calling the police?! Why would you call police?! What did I do?! I don’t understand and I’m confused why we weren’t served and why we were yelled at and poorly treated! I was humiliated in front of all the staff and people behind me! The lady was yelling and screaming at us for no reason that the employees were all shocked at this so called managers behavior I felt so bad for them they looked so scared and confused. The manager then slammed the window on us. I waited for a few minutes for answers why we couldn’t be served but then we were told she was going to call the police if we didn’t leave because we were holding up the line. My kids were so scared thinking I would go to jail for absolutely no reason other then having a coupon. We decided to leave and my children were in tears. I immediately called corporate and I hope this woman is fired and they review footage of this shocking behavior from a “manager” I will never in my life return to this location! Read moreThis is our first time ever visiting an Arby’s restaurant. We are visiting Colorado from Florida, as soon as we entered the door we were greeted by Robert’s great personality and projecting voice as he welcomed us to the restaurant. We immediately felt at home and proceeded to the counter where he went to great length and made sure to go over items on the menu with us that we may like. The Whole time he was extremely cheery and was smiling as he helped us with our order. His personality was so great that we decided to make a donation towards the make a difference fund. I can’t stress how pleasant he was, to put it briefly I would’ve donated 1million dollars to the cause (if I had it) because of his passion for his job. We also noticed that everyone after us also made a donation which I’m pretty sure his personality is a big factor of. As we sat there to eat he made sure to check if we were completely satisfied with our food, which shows that he really cares for his customers. Please give this guy a promotion he deserves it. Also things to mention is that the whole crew seems to work as a team, and I will definitely be visiting Arby’s back...
Read moreOverall, I enjoyed the experience at this Arby's location; however, there were few things to note. First, the temperature in the dining area was pretty cold. Normally, I can handle colder temperatures, but since I'm not a CO resident and my body has acclimated to the warmer states, it was rather difficult to handle, therefore, making the experience satisfactory. Next, my daughter's order was incorrect - she ended up getting a sandwich that had pecans in it, versus her Reuben that she ordered. Normally, it isn't a big deal to me but since the restaurant wasn't really busy and the fact that my daughter is allergic to nut products, this was extremely less than adequate. Finally, the dining area wasn't that clean. It was difficult to find a table without having to clean one myself. These isolated things doesn't prevent me and my family to visit any Arby's establishments in the future, but I still found value in bringing this up.
