Placed my order with Tanner who seemed clueless about the menu items he was selling. After finally completing my order, he tells me it will be about 15 mins, no problem. I take my receipt and we sit & wait. I approach the counter to collect my order, he didnāt have it ready, he then serves part of the order and says it will just be a few minutes more for the rest. As I am waiting, I hear his coworker ask what we were waiting on. Apparently, Tanner who was taking orders did not relay the items that were needed to the cooks and lied to me when he said theyād be ready in a few minutes, as they hadnāt even been started. I ask for a refund because at this point itās been 25 minutes since the initial order and I donāt even want the food anymore. At this point the young lady working with them asks what happened, the coworker says, āTanner didnāt tell me there was hot dogs in the orderā to which Tanner, with all the audacity he could muster, responds āI didnāt know!ā Tanner sir, you were the only one beside the customer who knew š¤¦š½āāļø It escalated from there between Tanner and I, as I 1. Made Tanner apologize for lying and attempting to throw his coworker under the bus for his mistake and 2. Just being rude and disrespectful. Tanner do better! Auntie Annieās stop...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to go here pretty frequently, but now I'm just waiting for it to close down. I've been here 2 times w/in the past week, w/ diff workers each time, yet both experiences were subpar or negative. A few days ago, they didn't have either of the items my friend wanted to order (it was around 5pm) so she had to settle for what they already had. I ordered a blue raspberry frozen lemonade & it was just a regular lemonade w/ one splash of blue put in it. The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites felt under cooked so I didn't finish them.
I decided to try my luck & go back today, in case things were diff, but they were even worse this time. It was 7pm, one hour before close, but the worker said they stop making stuff at 6pm so we could only order whatever was already made in the glass case. I got a pretzel that was hard as a rock & burnt. We decided to go home to try to soften it ourselves & saw the worker just standing there eating the rest of the pretzels as someone else tried to order. It doesn't make sense to stop making food 2hrs before close, especially if you're then going to eat the already-made food so no one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come here in New Year's Day and I get it, hours may vary but, my daughter and I show up at 4:20pm. Not one associate in sight. I had to awkwardly appear around the corner just so they could get a hint of my presence. Once he shows up, I ask for two cinnamon pretzels. The associate responds by saying something to the tune of, "we don't have any available, only the pretzel bites". I respond with, " this is a pretzel store, how you don't have them available? It takes 40min to make 2 pretzels??". He says He would have to make the dough and they only have bites available with it being so close to closing (5:00pm). I get it, you're 40 minutes of closing and don't want to make a pretzel but it seems every time I come here and want an actual pretzel, I get some kind of pushback or attitude. It's very unfortunate because every time my daughter comes down to the Springs, all she wants is "Auntie Annie's" pretzel, which I would think is not asking for much from a pretzel establishment. Not knocking Auntie Anne's as an establishment. Just its...
