Huevones — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

We decided to visit 1350 Distilling and we saw that there was an event happening which had Huevones food truck. My wife has been wanting to try their stuff and followed their journey since they started via Instagram. Ultimately she ended up deciding on a barbacoa quesadilla and hash & beans breakfast taco.

If you know anything about anything when it comes to real street tacos prepare to have your mind blown. Theres no lack of authenticity while also adding a touch of uniquness when it comes to Huevones! Their Tacos will have you understandbly question why they dont have a brick and mortar store! I just moved to COS from Florida, and one things I have missed most was the amazing flavors with latin food.

The Huevones food truck was been everything I wanted and more. Not only is every single thing on their menu amazing (you need to try the Vampirito tacos, open face quesadillas, and Mexican poutine -- right now), but the family who works the truck are angels themselves.
