I ordered for my wife who is lactose intolerant. Im just confused because they said they can't toast the original sandwiches. I made a remark about "its a sub, they can just put it in the toaster" to my passenger. They heard over the mic because someone was at the window and said "we can't toast the originals, only the favorites, and if it's toasted it has to have mayo on it". So essentially, what they are saying is people that are lactose intolerant and can't have mayo, or people who simply don't like mayo, can't get their subs toasted at Jimmy Johns, even though there is the option to toast original sandhwiches when looking to order online. I don't know if it's because the sandwhich was already mostly made since it was ready as soon as we pulled up to the drive through window but that is ludicrous in my opinion. Likely will not return to a Jimmy johns again unless the wife or I are explicitly craving a cold...

These are cold deli sandwiches with ONE type of cheese (provolone). It's not a dang Subway where they hold your hand as you go. The sandwiches are established, but you can add or remove things as you please-- like any other drive-thru place like McD's. Not gonna lie-- they're charging $0.75 to add cheese to a sandwich, which is outrageous, but life goes on. If you're going to eat your sandwich at home, add some cheese from your own fridge. Keep in mind that the employees have NOTHING to do with the prices.
Overall, it's expensive and I hardly eat there unless I'm craving salami (the #9 is to die for). But the employees are nice and it's a...

Looked on my phone to confirm that the location indeed opened at 10 AM. Pulled back into drive through and waited another couple minutes…suddenly the back door of the store slams open and an employee proceeds to stand right behind the menu and absolutely unloads on someone on her phone for several minutes. Slams the door shut and disappears. Several more minutes of waiting and asking for a response, it’s now 11:10 and I’m questioning what in the actual __ is going on. Pull through the window and can just see the silhouette of a person standing there with zero care about my presence at all. What an absolute shambolic business location. Do yourself and the rest of Colorado Springs a favor: support another local franchise other than this...
