Crumbl — Restaurant in Colorado

I ordered a catering order from this location for work a week in advance. The first contact I had was from Aaron to update my cookies to the new flavors for the current week. When I called back a young gentleman man answered who was unhelpful. I let him know why I was calling and he was completely silent. I had to keep saying things until he finally responded that Aaron was gone for the day. When I asked if I could update with him he reluctantly said yes. When I couldn’t remember what flavors i originally ordered of the previous weeks, he sighed like it was inconvenience to let me know what I had ordered. I said thank you afterwards and he just hung up. 3 days later was my catering pickup, I had my manager go because I was setting up for the party we were having. She went 30 minutes past my pickup time to give them some extra time. When she got there they said they didn’t have it ready because they didn’t know there was a catering order and that it’d be about 30-40 minutes. Making her late to our event. When I called, the girl who answered was polite but just kept saying that no one told the shift change about my order and that they’d have it ready as soon as they could. I’m not sure why there isn’t a protocol to check orders when you first start but okay. I told her I wasn’t happy because I had people waiting and this made my event late now and that I’d like to speak to a manager. Managers do not work in the afternoons which I think is silly because it shouldn’t fall on the staff to take of these types of issues but I understand staffing is short right now. I told her I’d like a call in the morning because I was upset. She said okay. The next day I never received a call or response. I put in a review about my catering order when I received an email and stated that I’d like someone to call me. Again, no response. I’ve decided to stick to the location in Thornton as their service is quick, friendly, efficient, and they never seem to ignore their customers. Terrible Experience at Cumble Cookies in Superior

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at Cumble Cookies in Superior. Not only was the customer service subpar, but the male employee working the night shift on January 27th was incredibly rude to both me and my dog. It is evident that this establishment is not dog-friendly, and I would strongly advise against bringing your furry friend here.

Upon entering the store, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the male employee. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards me as a customer. His behavior towards my dog was even worse, making it clear that Cumble Cookies does not prioritize creating a friendly and inclusive environment for pet owners.

The male employee's condescending demeanor and dismissive attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and rudeness, especially when visiting a place that should be known for its delicious treats and warm hospitality.

Given this unpleasant experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Insomnia Cookies, a competitor in the area, has consistently provided excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend choosing Insomnia Cookies or from the Crumble location in Boulder over Cumble Cookies in Superior until the management addresses the issue with their employee's behavior.

It is my hope that the management of Cumble Cookies takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that no other customers have to endure such a negative experience. Love this place! I love that they have constantly changing creative flavors and the cookies are huge so you get a good amount for a reasonable price. Recently got a 4 pack, left it on the counter for days, and all the cookies inside were still soft. Would highly recommend this place!

Update: Changed my review to reflect the terrible service. Great cookies and creative flavors, but I don’t know what’s wrong with the service. Seems like a lot of people have had issues with shady customer service if you check their Facebook reviews page. If you’re just going in to order a few cookies then it’s fine, but if you’re placing a large pickup order like I did then everything was pretty bad. When you order through the app, which they force you to do because their phone doesn’t work, they tell you to tap “I’m here” when you get there. I did when I arrived and the app said I was too far away when I was sitting in my car 10ft from the front doors. I walk in to pick up my order and it takes a solid few minutes before any employees even acknowledge my existence. And after all that, despite placing the order at around 10am and setting the pickup time for 6pm, they didn’t have enough of the cookies to complete my order so I had to sit in my car for 30 minutes waiting for them to bake more. The cookies are very good, but the service at least for large pickup orders is awful. I would recommend getting cookies from here in small amounts and if you’re just going into the store to get them, but large pickup orders or catering/delivery orders I would not trust.
