Poor management this evening at the Harbison Chipotle. 6/30/18. I drove 30 min to pick up dinner for my family of 6. I arrived at 930pm only to wait in line and then find out at they had no brown rice. The young man working there had poor customer service. He said is it ok but we have no brown rice. I said no it's not ok. You don't close for 30 min and you should have brown rice. He repeated well we don't. I said it's not ok. This dialog went back and forth until he told his manager who told him to make some more brown rice. The young man said it will take 15-20 min do you still want it. I said yes. I stood in line and waited 20 min and when I asked the employee the status of the rice he got his manager who said the water had not boiled yet. I reluctantly told the manager I would take white rice since I didn't want to wait any longer. The manager offered to comp 1 of my meals. I said I have 6 orders which are all boy what we want. He said I can comp 2 but I can't do 6. While I waited for 20 min I told the employee to please make more black beans since I his was empty also. He said ok but I had to ask him 3xs to do it. I ordered 6 white rice bowls and asked for peppers and onions only to be told non were left. The women behind me heard this and told them she was upset because she wanted a veggie bowl and left. I told them to go in the back and ask the manager to make me enough for 6 people. The staff said I don't think we can do this. I said absolutely he can. The employee came back with a bowl of frozen peppers and onions and began to fry them. By the time I waited for them to be cooked the rest of my meal was cold. I asked for separate guacamole and chips. As my order was being rung up the girl asked do you want chips. I said yes I told the other employee I wanted chips. She turned to grab me a bag and of course their were non. I told her well I guess I'm going to Publix to buy chips for my guacamole. At no time did any employee offer me a drink or apologise for the poor management. I travel out of state often and eat at many Chipotles but the one in Harbison is consistently managed poorly. Btw I watched an employee 2xs lean so far over to get veggeis that his entire uniform was in the customers bowl. Quite disgusting. I was at this same Chipotle last week and they ran out of ice for drinks. And the time before they ran out of lettuce. Corp needs to do a major crack down on...
Read moreWe love Chipotle, and eat here more times than I would like to admit. BUT, I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment we got on our last visit. We ordered 3 kids meals, my young, VERY picky kids love the cheese quesadillas. We ALWAYS get shredded cheese as their side, versus beans OR rice, they have sensory sensitivities and won't eat either. We were told we couldn't have cheese and were refused a side of cheese, even after I told her I would pay for it etc. Customer service is extremely challenging in today's world. I have been in it my entire working career and if one of my employees EVER treated a guest that came into my store as such......let me tell ya! I don't expect much or hardly anything when going places anymore. In fact, I love doing reviews, and mostly they are all positive. I believe in positive reinforcement. We ended up canceling our order and having to explain to our children that they w were OUT of cheese, because I didn't want our kids to think they were " Special". Any who, I wish employees cared, I wish Store Managers cared, I wish companies cared. But that's a dying/dead breed. I will continue to treat people with respect and that's why I walked away....walked away the better person!!! Loaded my kids up, and drove down to the next Chipotle, got our meals...

Once inside puff ball girl finishes frying ANOTHER basket of chips. I asked the light skin girl making the food if she could tell the puff ball girl that I would like chips with no salt. PREVIOUSLY TOLD IF CAME WHEN THEY FIRST OPENED I COULD. they proceed to act as if they didn't hear my request. And makes my sisters food. They then skip me COMPLETELY and go to man behind me. I let her know I was ordering food if they got my chips I had asked for. She asks puffball and she goes to hide in the back. Then the manager comes to the front [Abigail i was told] and yells " no we can't it will take 20mins for the fryers to warm back up" when I let her know I just watched puffball fry chips. She ignores me and runs to the back to hide too. I asked the 1st girl who was making food for the customer service number. In which they wait for about 15mins before coming back to the front everyone, because they THOUGHT I wasn't going to wait for the number. Immediately reported the whole staff.
