I've only been to Cosi 3 times, and only visited the cafe once, and I had a decent experience. What I had ordered was the pizza. One slice pepperoni, one slice cheese. The slices were huge. The 2 of them almost filled me up. Especially if you had a Mac and cheese with it like I was considering. The pizza was burnt. Despite that, it was still slightly cold for a pizza. Adding pepper flakes and ranch (my personal way of having pizza) made it taste better. It was mediocre for $4.30 (cheese) and $4.40 (pepperoni) per slice of pizza. Read moreThe Cafe was open, so my wife and I stopped in to get something to eat and saw 3 people working… The 1st was right as we walked in, but didn’t lift her head to even look at us. The 2nd, after ignoring us for 5 minutes, was a man who asked what we’d like to have. I think we interrupted his standing around because, after he took our order, he walked away. The 3rd was a woman who was making a sandwich for the only other customers in there, but then walked to the back when she was finished.
We left there after waiting another 5 minutes, then walked over to the little coffee shop for a snack. The young lady was helpful...
