I don't have enough words to express how much I appreciate the exemplary professionalism of this dental practice. Everything about my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. As someone who hasn't had the opportunity to visit a dentist in some years, I felt immediately comfortable and welcome when I stepped into Capstone.

Meghan at the front desk was so sweet and assisted me with any questions I had about their process, paperwork and all matters financial. First impressions are important for any business and after a few seconds of interacting with her, I knew Capstone was a special place and a cut above the rest.

The dental assistants all had lovely personalities and helped me feel comfortable throughout the Xrays, diagnostics, cleanings etc. Desi especially was so genuinely awesome. I felt like I was just chatting with a friend as she worked with me.

Dr. Snipes is such a lovely person. His charisma eased my anxieties about some of the procedures we'd be undergoing. He was incredibly patient, educated me on everything he was doing before we started and during as well. He effortlessly painted me a picture of what to expect.

I think the most impressive thing to note was the fact that the way that he (and his assistants) practices is so GENTLE. I've never been to a dentist who has made me feel zero..yes literally ZERO discomfort. I'm personally a bit squeamish with my teeth, but when these talented professionals were working, I almost feel asleep. I was so comfy! You can really tell how experienced and attentive he is as well as just how much he loves what he does. It's easy to say this practicioner cares about his patients and wants to improve the quality of their lives. Truly outstanding.

I'm writing this after my second time back. I have some more dental work to tackle and at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else but Capstone to take care of me.

I have to say that I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received today at Capstone Dental. After moving to Columbus, I was desperately overdue for a cleaning and a check up. They were able to get me in and made the entire process simple and easy. Even from the texting back-and-forth of information and providing links to fill out forms the process was simple and seamless. My dental hygienist Andrea, was incredibly professional, fun it made the experience enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while talking through all of the different options for my care. Dr. Thomas Sarko saw me at the end of the visit to evaluate next steps and he was incredibly professional and kind as well. Dr. Sarko, Andrea, and all of their staff provided a great first experience and I look forward to meeting with them again for my future needs. Regarding COVID-19 there was a questionnaire which was filled out during the initial online paperwork regarding current status and health, which was seamless and expectations clear. Safety precautions were followed all throughout the visit with mask wearing. I only took my mask off during x-rays and while in the chair.
