It's a much smaller space; I'd estimate a quarter of the square footage. The wedding soup looked much improved, but was lukewarm and very bland. The portions, at least what I ordered, were significantly less than the old location. Very small drink glasses; servers are going to hate running refills constantly. The menu is scattershot, as many items won't be available until late next month. The service was a tad slow and disjointed; you could tell they weren't fully trained or prepared to open yet. I assume they couldn't wait any longer, since they're in a very high rent district. The atmosphere is...generic, at best. There is one(yes, one) item at the front beside the bar from the old location(Uncle Sam carving). Otherwise, there is very little to tie it to the original. If you didn't know any better, you'd think you walked into a generic wing joint/sports bar. Except for the TV's, the walls are mostly bare. You walk between two sides of booths(their "homage" to the trolley car) to get to the main dining room, which has a few large televisions, and overlooks the Columbus Commons(which is cool with the Christmas light display in view). There are two or three glass garage doors which look like they'll be used in the Spring or Summer, I assume for concerts, etc. It's a bit of a walk from the Columbus Commons garage, unless you luck into a street spot). They will most likely alienate most of their old customer base, especially families, as it's nothing like the original(nothing to look at, no candy or games, etc). I really wouldn't even consider taking our Grandchildren there any longer, which is sad; it's definitely an adult vibe. If they can't attract a new clientle fairly quick, I'm not sure how long they'll survive. We may give it another shot in a few months, but I'm not optimistic. On the plus side, the Dayton location is phenomenal and worth the hour drive.

The Spaghetti Warehouse is known for its authentic Italian cuisine, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The menu offers a variety of classic Italian dishes, but two traditional options that I had the pleasure of trying were the Four Cheese Ravioli and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. The Four Cheese Ravioli was a true indulgence for cheese lovers. Each bite was filled with a rich and creamy blend of four cheeses, perfectly encased in delicate pasta pillows. The ravioli was cooked to perfection, with a tender texture that melted in my mouth. The accompanying creamy marinara sauce added a tangy and savory element, balancing out the richness of the cheese. It was a comforting and satisfying dish that left me craving for more. The Spaghetti and Meatballs were a true classic done right. The spaghetti was cooked al dente, just the way it should be, and the meatballs were tender and flavorful. The tomato sauce was robust and well-seasoned, coating each strand of pasta with its deliciousness. It was a hearty and comforting dish that reminded me of home-cooked Italian meals. In addition to the delectable dishes, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Shout out to my specific server Camilla, she is a server who came back for the reopening and I couldn’t be happier with her decision to stay with the spaghetti warehouse family. Overall, The Spaghetti Warehouse is a must-visit for Italian food enthusiasts. With its authentic flavors, cozy ambiance, and attentive service, it is a culinary destination that will satisfy your cravings for a taste of Italy. Whether you're in the mood for classic pasta dishes or indulgent cheese-filled ravioli, The Spaghetti Warehouse is sure to leave you with a satisfied palate and a smile on your face.

It is with great regret that I have to review this and rate them for what I have to rate them with. Spaghetti Warehouse at his old location was phenomenal in my time living in Columbus, Ohio. Then there was a short period where it kind of fell off where the food just wasn't as good. Then a little before the closing of the spaghetti Warehouse, the food became phenomenal again. The red sauce was excellent. The pasta was perfect. The bread was just melting in your mouth and of course the atmosphere of the warehouse was excellent. However, there were things that happened in force them to move so I took some time. Waited with great anticipation for the new location to open. I waited on purpose a while just so they could work all the bugs out. I went on my son's birthday he wanted to go so we took him and it was absolutely horrible. The food was not good. The chicken parmesan was dry. The red sauce tastes like red water. The pasta was not good at all. The bread was horrible. The best thing about it was the service our server. She was nice and friendly. She was excellent but the food is why we were there along with trying to you know catch a glimpse of the new atmosphere which is not there at all. The ambiance of it is not at all like it was and I do understand things have to change but the one thing that could never change is the quality of food in the quality of food. The day I went was not good at all and it's not the service fault at all. The food is just not good and I regret and hate to say that because of the love I once had for spaghetti Warehouse and I regret to say I will never return again because of the food quality. One another note, parking can also be a big problem as well. Moreover, if you get a salad you will get it an extremely small salad. It's almost like a kids menu salad. It's not worth it.

Visited about 630 Saturday 12/3. I understand it was opening weekend but the visit was not good. The highlight was we were quoted an hour to wait and only waited 20 minutes. The hostess staff were very nice and welcoming. After that it was all down hill. I’ve been to the one in Akron and in Dayton always great food and service. Long story short , we were sat , 3 other tables sat after us , all 3 were waited on and payed their bill and left before we even received our dinners. The young man running the food seemed confused where food was to go. Our appetizer was walked around the entire dinning room before it made it to our table. We had the gnocchi, the middle of dish was supposed to be fresh mozzarella was stone cold. I had the caesar salad my fiancé had garden salads , they were hardly a salad. Few pieces of lettuce , pitiful looking for such a restaurant. Our dinners finally arrived , once again the runner was confused and set one of our dinner plates at the wrong table. There was 4 people at that table , we only had 3 of us. The young man tried to set the same plate on our table but that’s just a no no in the restaurant business. We asked for it to be redone. It took another 40 min for 2 spaghetti dishes and lasagna to finally be delivered to our table. The waitress never addressed our apologized for the mix up, let alone a manager. Really just all disappointing. We had stopped here before taking my daughter down to school at state deaf school 15min away. We didn’t leave until almost 9! All the waitress said upon paying the bill was , “ please come back, it won’t be this bad next time “. Really ? Ugh. The atmosphere I did not prefer. Big TVs everywhere, the music was too loud , when it was busy the noise level w customers , staff , high ceilings and music made it almost feel like a bar where you have to speak up to hear one another clearly at your own table. . This is not what I was custom to w prior visits at other locations. Also being there w a deaf kiddo and another that’s hard of hearing , if you’re going to have TVs volume off , can you turn on the close captions at least. They should always be on by the way for fair and equal access for deaf community , which is very large number of people in the Columbus area. I live in the Youngstown area where Italian food is where it’s at and I’m use to authentic Italian food , Cbus warehouse definitely missed the...

Disappointing Experience at Spaghetti Warehouse's New Location

I recently visited the new location of Spaghetti Warehouse for lunch, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that there was either a shortage of staff or the existing waitstaff was overwhelmed and unable to accommodate the number of diners. This resulted in a series of frustrating incidents that significantly impacted our dining experience.

To start, it took an unusually long time for us to receive our drinks after placing our orders. We had decided to indulge in cheesy bread and calamari as appetizers, but to our disappointment, they never made it to our table. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress, she assured us that the issue would be resolved. However, the appetizers were still delivered to our table, along with the assurance that they would be taken care of separately.

As our main courses arrived, we realized that we never received the soups or salads that were supposed to accompany our meals. This further added to our frustration and left us feeling neglected. Moreover, it took an excessive amount of time for us to receive our check. When it was finally brought to our table, it was not split correctly, and it included all the food and appetizers, as if there had been no issue at all. At this point, we were so exasperated that we didn't want to wait any longer for the check to be fixed. Our lunch, which should have been a pleasant experience, ended up lasting over two hours for four adults and two children.

Despite the numerous disappointments, I must acknowledge that the quality of the food was excellent once the issues were addressed. One of our party members had cold meatballs, but they were promptly replaced. However, this alone does not make up for the overall dissatisfaction we experienced during our visit.

It deeply saddens me to say that I am uncertain if I can recommend Spaghetti Warehouse's new location to anyone or if I will be inclined to return myself. It is disheartening because the restaurant has just reopened, and our family frequently visits the area. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to improve the overall dining experience for...

Ate here tonight. Honestly was super lack luster. Have heard good things historically so was excited.

To start out we show up, party of two on a Monday night. Should be fairly quick service getting a seat we imagine, don't make a reservation. They tell us 15 minute wait. Cool no biggie, we aren't in a rush. Half an hour goes by. We go up and asked if we missed our name called while we are in the bathroom. They tell us no.

While sitting in the entrance area we see several large parties who put their names in after us get called back. At this point we're getting a little frustrated. I'm a fairly patient person but a two top on a Monday waiting over an hour is pretty absurd for me.

We finally get called back. On the way back there are open tables and booths everywhere. I've worked restaurants so I understand it may be staffing issues but still definitely disheartening to see multiple open 2 tops after waiting an hour.

Get to the table, fifteen minutes go by before a server even approaches us asking if we've been helped yet. We say no. She says she's going to go find our server, eventually she comes back after about another 10-15 asking if we know what we want. At this point each of us order our app, a salad to share, and entrees plus a drink each. In addition to the wait it looks like several of the items on the menu haven't gone live yet and won't for another month. No biggie we adapt and order other stuff.

Salad and drinks each take a while. Salad comes out first. Super basic, some shredded lettuce, a few croutons and caeser dressing. Another half an hour goes by. Entrees and our app (mozzarella frittas) all come out at the same time. At this piont we just dive into our entrees and realize we should've just ignored ordering an appetizer. Next round of drinks take a hot second to be delivered.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review of a place. Really seems like a ton of lack of communication between front of house, serving staff, and kitchen. Hope it's a one off thing as they get things going but doubt we'll be back.

Really the only positive experience we had was having a window seat right by the park with all the...
