BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

I recently visited Bibibop, and I was genuinely impressed! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly customizable to suit any taste. I loved being able to choose my base, protein, toppings, and sauce—it made the bowl feel uniquely mine. The spicy gochujang sauce was a personal favorite, adding just the right amount of heat.

The restaurant itself was clean, bright, and welcoming. But what really made my experience special was the service Grace was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain the options and recommend the best combinations. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole visit feel even more enjoyable.

I like almost all of the Bibibop stores except this one. The staff here are really rude compared to other Bibibop stores; they laughed at my order because it was weird for some reason? And the steak always tastes weird here since it seems like it's missing an ingredient that they use at the other locations. The weirdest thing by far is the fact that they specifically position the cookie display in front of the register so you can't see the charges from the customer side and then throw away the receipt unless you ask for it right away. I like Bibibop, but I don't plan on visiting this location again unless management changes since it's just not worth the price. Accidentally posted at the wrong location originally, changed...

I feel like too many of my reviews are for fast food restaurants but I guess that's the curse of someone who travels for work. Bibibop is like a chipotle for generally Asian food and for a vegetarian like myself, they have a lot more options than most places. I know I can always eat healthy here and it will taste great while not breaking the bank. My kids are terrible meat eaters and agree that Bibibop's meat options are as good as (better according to them) the vegetarian options. You can't go wrong if you're looking for something good, fast and healthy. Although, it's a bowl so probably not the best for eating...
