the food is as good as you can expect and the atmosphere is ok, however the service just missed by a land slide. I ordered for delivery on a Thursday night around 7:50 and never heard or saw any update about my order, just that they had received it, for about 40 minutes. finally my order was assigned to an Uber driver and when the driver got to the store my order still was not ready and they had to wait for another 20 minutes. by the time they did finally get any information from the employees, it was to tell the delivery driver they were all put of white bread and only had wheat left and at that point I just didn't want the food anymore and asked to cancel the entire order. it took them about an hour to let anyone involved know they couldn't prepare it as ordered instead of having just calling myself when the order was originally placed. I'd rather order elsewhere than here again because of the such poor service and communication from the store. it was not the driver's fault, it was the lack of communication from the store employees...

The overall experience was pretty disappointing. My coworkers and I called this store to order lunch. We were attending a work meeting that day and were hoping for "freaky fast" delivery.

At first, we were told that the food would arrive within 10-20 minutes, which seemed reasonable. Thirty minutes after placing the order, I received a phone call from this store because they wanted to clarify the delivery address (which I previously provided them). An hour had passed after placing the order, and the food finally arrived. By then, several of my co-workers had made other lunch plans.

When my coworker called the store to address the problem, the store manager Mary indicated she would call my coworker at the end of the day. Mary did not follow through on her promise, and we were stuck paying for food after our lunch hour was over.

So i placed a delivery order at 12:15pm never got any notification about it getting delivered. So i call at 1:10 pm i get placed on hold they dont get back so i call again and a lady answers and I tell her i placed an order over 40 mins ago and she tells me they haven't even started making it. And I tell her to cancel it because my lunch time will be over. And she says to call back tmrw to get my money refunded. So supposedly it was canceled and i was gonna call back tmrw. I get a call now at 5pm saying that my order is being picked up with uber and delivered. Mind you i canceled it and im not at work anymore at 5pm i ordered at 12pm.
