I had a two orders placed at this restaurant tonight. The date is April 20th 2020.
When I arrived there was one lady inside getting her food I pulled up outside in the designated area for carryout pickup and drive through, the female employee who was working saw me pull up she went over to the computer and she canceled one of my orders her reason for canceling the order was the restaurant was too busy which was a lie because I was right there and there was nobody in there.
I was the only customer there waiting. She then proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes never bringing me my second order. This type of behavior is disgusting to me, because of what the country is going through right now there are so many people who have no income coming into their household and then you have employees like this who don't even appreciate they're employment. I'm sure you could find a hundred people who would love to take this girl's place.
I can't even believe she's allowed to work there I pray to God that that's not the owner of the company because that's just disgusting behavior to me like who gives you the right to lie and cancel an order just because you don't feel like working and making the food and I'm pretty sure she wasn't even the person making the food I'm pretty sure there's a cook in the back making the food so it's just the fact that she didn't feel like serving order the second order was complete but it took her like 10 minutes to get the drinks and not once did she want to bring the food to me so why would you even have the tent set up to have cars come to the side door to pick up food if you're not willing to bring the food to the customer let alone acknowledge them every restaurant I go to somebody at least acknowledges me hi how you doing sir will be right with you give us a few minutes she didn't do any of those things I'll never go back here again I don't deserve that type of treatment...
Read moreOverall the food is decent. Though they did forget an item in our order. However, that's not why I give them 2 stars. When I went to go place an order on Oct 24th I got there to pick it up....and apparently someone else took my order. Not even sure how that even happens? They had no clue how it disappeared. The manager offered 1/2 my money back since now I had to wait for them to remake my order. But...I think the manager who was working had no idea how to issue a credit on a web order. He gave a receipt to show he took $12 off my order so I would only get charged $12.95 not $24.95. Yet when I check my bank a few weeks later....I still got charged the original amount of $24.95. I went back today to hopefully discuss what happened to the $12 credit, but the manager there couldn't help me and he told me I would have to call the owner. So here I am doing all this leg work to get a $12 credit on an order that probably should've been comped anyway because as far as I'm concerned, they messed up. But whatever....I'll see if I get the credit or not. This town is getting worse and worse when it comes to good...
Read moreCustomer service was horrible. I ordered from my office for curbside since I was on my lunch so I wouldn't have to wait for it to be ready. Got there and hit the button to indicate I was there and to bring it out. Waited...no one came. Finally I went inside because I understand about staffing shortages and everyone needing to be patient. There are numerous customers in line waiting to be served, but I see no employees approaching them. Then I see my food, with my name on the bag, up on a shelf by the counter. I step 1 foot inside the counter area and one of the employees, who couldn't be bothered to wait on me before, starts chastising me about why I thought I was allowed to come back there, and another employee looking at me like I was committing a crime. I tried to explain that it was my food that I had been waiting on someone to bring to me, and she kept yelling at me, in front of other customers. Needless to say, I won't be back. I've read through the other reviews and apparently this is a big problem at this location. I doubt anyone at the restaurant will care, so I'm just giving other potential customers...
