Absolutely a disgrace for a business that claims is support the military and veteran community.
If you are a Disabled Veteran or someone who is protected by the American Disability Act take your service somewhere else. They refused service and called local law enforcement on my father, a retired Army Combat Veteran with PTSD and 100% VA rating for physical disabilities. All of these were acquired during combat and serving our country. When my father tried to educate the owner and staff on Service Animals and the legal repercussions the business could face, they would not listen. They literally called law enforcement. My father waited for the authorities to come knowing he was well within his legal rights to enter the premises with his service animal. My father’s service animal IS NOT A PET. He was utterly humiliated and rightfully angry and upset. Below are FEDERAL Laws this establishment are in violation of:
Federal ADA law states, "Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go."
GA and Federal Law state, "When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task."

Read moreWe had a table of 15 and it was busy so we were quoted a wait time which went well over what was quoted. I made my order very clear along with the rest of the table, food took well over 40 minutes to be brought out, table wasn't checked for refills at all during this wait, mine came out completely wrong which was no big deal until it was brought out a second time wrong and the waitress then gets a extremely bad attitude and was very disrespectful as she just walks away. My order was taken off the bill along with a 10% credit. The waitress who served us needs to be completely retrained on customer service along with working on her people skills. No extra tip outside of the 15% gratitude was left which is her loss because that problem could have been easily handled and a extremely large tip could of been earned with just a little effort and respect.
Staff was friendly until there was a problem and should had been more honest about the wait time.
Environment was clean but the restrooms were very unsanitary, dirty and one was missing the back of the toilet.
Customer Service would be a 1 star do to that particular server.
Customer relations would be a 3 star because they credited the wrong item off the bill but were not friendly after.
Food portions and quality was 4 stars if not 5 stars on some items, especially the velvet pancakes!
Cleanliness for the restaurant would be 4 stars and the restrooms 1 star.

Read moreMy husband and I visited on Saturday Aug 17 at approx 10:50 am was greeted after the host past us by twice then she proceed to tell us she will be right with us so ok no problem then a few minutes later she came back and asked were we just checking in so yes then she said ok it’s going to be a few minutes to have a seat in the little area right in front of the stand ok no problem then two ladies come in within seconds of us sitting down to wait the hostess asked them are they just checking in they said yes she says ok follow me she took them to two booths away from where we were still waiting and I did not feel that was fare so as we were leaving the host asked are y’all leaving I didn’t say anything my husband shakes his head yes and she says ok thank you! Now I’m putting all this on here with the specifics because this host hopefully will see this as my husband works nearby and his company spend big $$ in there on a regular because they have meetings there after this experience they will be going elsewhere and I’m certain it doesn’t matter being hey that’s just one or two customers compared to the foot traffic that you get but by the time I get through letting every single person I know about this it could change a lot.
