I dont know how anyone can give this store a rating above one star if I could give it less I would we ordered a bed room set in March and take a guess we still don't have it as of this post June 28 2019.if u expect them to call u to tell you your item will be delayed don't bother cause they won't. My wife and I have called and made our presents known over 6 times and counting.each we go into the store Morris/ASHLEY, .WE ARE INFORMED THAT ARE IS PUSHED BACK AGAIN CAUSE ALL THE STUFF IS NOT THERE .WE EVEN CALLED DISTRICT MANAGERS FOR OUR AND JUST LIKE THERE STORES THEY DONT RETURN OUR CALLS. So come to find out there is no bed frame to complete the bedroom suite š¤¬. So after receiving nights stands/dresser chest/adjustable base and mattress, the next decided the mattress was alot then we thought. So we decide to switch it out for a softer one we were told it would all be delivered on Saturday July 6 .so as I waited for the truck to arrive and we were the next stop.we noticed it was getting later and decided the location map of truck come to find out that the delivery truck skipped us and move onto there other stops without even contacting us to let us know that there was nothing on the truck for us.so again we start calling they SOMETHING is damaged again. A whole day wasted and we even missed our grandsons birthday party waiting for someone to call or DELIVERš¤¬.so a manager rescheduled for Sunday July 7 you already know what happened nothingš¤¬. Rescheduled for July 8 come there is nothing on the truck it was only coming to pick the old mattress not to swap it for new one are you 𤬠kidding me so are reply was not taking without bringing something what do you want us to do sleep on the adjustable baseš” skip our just you did before. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAVOID THE MORRIS ON MORSE RD! I do not typically leave online reviews but my experience with Morris has been absolutely horrible. I went to their Morse Rd store 2x to shop and a third time to make a purchase, each time the sales associates were apathetic and seemed to have no interest in helping the customers.
Despite that I purchased a dining set I really liked and scheduled pickup for the following Saturday. I was given no information on where or when to pick it up, so after finding that myself, drove 40 minutes to a location in Dublin only to be told my furniture wasnāt there. They apologized for the confusion and offered free delivery, assuring me they would call 48 hours in advance to schedule the delivery time. They didnāt, they called 12 hours before delivery, which wasnāt enough time for me to schedule off work, so I repeatedly attempted to cancel/change the delivery but no one answers any of their customer service numbers. I was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up and leaving a voicemail, which I tried 3x.
They finally called me back the day after the failed delivery and I told them at this point I did not want delivery, I simply wanted to pick it up myself as I had originally scheduled when I made the purchase. I was told it would be back at the Dublin location the following Saturday and was assured it would be there this time. Saturday comes around and I called before driving out there. Guess what? Itās not at the warehouse, and they canāt locate it on the computer!
I called back to the original Morse Rd store and explained all of the issues that had happened, and received absolutely no apology or attempt to make up for what had repeatedly gone wrong. I said that at this point I just want my money back. The manager said that was no problem, it would take 5-6 business days to refund my credit card. Itās now been 7 business days and I havenāt seen that money. At the time I also asked for a confirmation email that they were refunding me. I guess I shouldāve waited on the phone until that came through, because of course it did not.
Update: itās now been two weeks since I was told Iād have my money back. Nothing. This company is a scam! Final update: Thankfully American Express took care of the charge on my end and is now investigating Morris Home.
They will comment on this review apologizing for my experience and asking me to email their customer service account, which if I do they will simply reply āthanks weāll pass that on to managementā and nothing will come of it. All of this to say: DO NOT SHOP AT...

I have purchased and extensive amount of products from Ashley Furniture Home Store over the past 5 years. I purchased a kitchen table set (table & 4 chairs). Problems were 1.) Customer Care calls an hour before my delivery window to say they can not make the delivery as the drivers called off sick. Delivery was postponed for an additional 2 days.
2.) Finally the delivery was made but drivers only brought 2 of the 4 ordered chairs, claimed they were "out of stock" and would be in the following week. I called customer care same day and they stated they had the chairs in their warehouse and that their drivers did not pick my order in entirely.
3.) The next day, the other 2 chairs were delivered but not fully assembled. Missing wood screws in the legs. Made contact with Customer Care, weeks go by after they would send me screws. Then when I did not receive the screws, customer care stated that if I install the screws and damage occurs, they would not be liable for it. Insisted they send a team out to install screws on 3 of 4 chairs.
4.) Customer Care sends out a delivery team in which they found one chair completely put together backwards. Took apart chair and reassembled causing damage to the chair (splitting wood) and again putting the chair together backwards.
5.) Made contact again with Customer Care, stated they had to order new legs and would take an additional 7-21 days for Ashley Furniture to mail the legs to me. Then I was to contact them back to request a service technician to come out and put damaged chair back together. After multiple weeks go by, I call and Customer Care stated they had no clue where Ashley Furniture mailed the parts to. Called multiple times only to find out that Ashley Furniture mailed parts to Morris Furniture and not my residence.
6.) Requested I get delivered a new chair as this process has taken 2-3 months with a broken chair. Today September 9, 2019 I had a delivery window of 1030am-230pm. They did not show up with the 1 chair, the delivery window got pushed back to 630-715pm. Called Customer Care and they have no clue as to what happened. Currently 3:07pm and still waiting for my delivery of what is the biggest amateur show I have ever seen.
