Kansai left me with an unforgettable sushi journey that exceeded all expectations. As a region renowned for its culinary delights, Kansai's sushi offerings showcased the artistry and finesse of Japanese cuisine at its finest.

The abundance of fresh seafood was evident in each sushi piece I tasted, with the flavors and textures being nothing short of remarkable. From succulent slices of tuna to delicate, melt-in-your-mouth salmon, every bite was a symphony of flavors that delighted my palate.

What sets Kansai apart is not only the exceptional quality of the sushi but also the attention to detail in presentation. Each plate was a work of art, with vibrant colors and meticulous arrangement that made the dining experience truly immersive.

The sushi chefs' expertise shone through, as they skillfully crafted each piece before my eyes, ensuring the utmost care in the preparation process. Their passion for sushi was evident, and their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience.

Beyond the sushi, Kansai's culinary scene offers a diverse range of Japanese dishes that are equally delightful. From savory ramen to tantalizing tempura, the menu boasts an array of options to satisfy any craving.

In conclusion, Kansai is a haven for sushi lovers and food enthusiasts alike. The impeccable sushi quality, artful presentation, and warm hospitality combine to create a culinary experience that lingers in one's memory long after the last bite. If you find yourself in the region, don't miss the opportunity to savor the extraordinary sushi offerings that Kansai...

The food here was pretty good. Rather standard prices for sushi in the area ($8-$13 per roll), the service was decent. Once we sat down and ordered some appetizers (agedashi tofu and edamame, both very good) we were left alone...for about 35 minutes without anyone taking the order for our rolls. Our server was on the other side of the sushi bar munching on food while we waited for sometime to take our order. We had to flag down the food runner to take the order. We got 4 rolls, the lion king, the Philly, the cucumber, and the 007. All the rolls were quite good so no complaints there. We decided since it was our friend's birthday to go ahead and get dessert as well. The waitress, at this point she finished her meal, comped our friend's dessert for her birthday. She had the mango mochi, my wife got the chocolate mochi, and I got the green tea cheesecake that I scoped out from home. I don't think any of us was expecting the cheesecake that they brought to the table...I mean, look at this thing! It was so small, I almost thought it was a joke. We were dying trying not to laugh at the miniscule stature of this little guy. The flavor was a mild matcha and the whole thing was frozen so it wasn't very enjoyable texturally.

TL;DR the food here at Kansai is quite good, the pricing is pretty standard, the service was a bit lackluster, and if you want dessert I would...

We are frequent fliers here and every single time the sushi is really good (unless they make a mistake), but the customer service is TERRIBLE! However, tonight's service was so bad that if it weren't for the fact that the only thing open was fast food and Denny's we would have walked out! We had to ask... 》》3 times for water and still the table behind us got refills before we could get our FURST glass of water. 》》twice for wasabi and still didn't get it! 》》for forks & napkins that we didn't get, so we had to get up and get it ourselves! Our server (pic attached) NEVER asked if we needed or wanted anything else once the food came out to the table, and anytime we'd make a request for her to get us something she was dismissive and non-responsive. The Oakland location has EXCELLENT customer service and while it doesn't look so great (on the outside) the ambiance inside is great. While I love good food I really appreciate Great Service and tip very well for it! Needles to say she didn't get a tip! 2 Stars ONLY because we actually like the food! However, they need to hire someone to train their staff how to provide good...

Sorry, The server dropped our water at the table and it went all over the floor. They wipe up a little bit and left the rest to dry which took a while. Our shoes stayed wet most of the time there. They took over 30min to address our table. Once the dishes came my daughter and I were disappointed because our sushi wasn't very good. The tuna in the rolls were quite dry. Also, the single Roll I ordered had what felt like a piece of a toothpick in it. I took a bite and it became stuck between my teeth. We chose not to eat anymore. However, my other daughter and son enjoyed their meals. Although, it was our Family's Memorial Day in which we remembered our first born's birthday. We at lease enjoyed our conversation. together.
