Impression of Lanzhou — Restaurant in Concord

Came on Mother’s Day around 11am and luckily, we were able to get seated immediately for a party of 6 adults and 2 kids. You scan the QR code on the table, and order yourself.

We ordered chili oil flat noodles, spicy pig ears, signature spicy wonton,Lanzhou beef noodle soup, braised beef noodle soup, numb and spicy minced pork noodles, signature beef bone noodle soup, and spicy cold cut beef. The flavors were on point, and they were generous with the potion of noodles they gave for each dish. We shared all the food family style and had a lot leftover.

My personal favorites were the spicy wontons, pig ears, signature beef bone noodle soup, and braised beef noodle soup. The broth for the noodle soups definitely hit the spot for me. It was light, yet full of flavor. My family really liked the Lanzhou beef noodle soup and numb and spicy minced pork noodles. Basically, each and every dish we ordered was a hit for the table.

The servers were attentive and food was served quickly. I would definitely come back again the next time I’m feeling some beef...

100% worth checking out if you like soup and noodles, regardless of cuisine. There's much to appreciate about Impression of Lanzhou's hand pulled noodles that are cooked to perfection and delicious tasting broth.

Their noodles are high quality, taste fresh, and have a satisfying chewy motuhfeel. Our party of 4 ordered the regular thin, small flat, and general wide noodles and all were spectacular in their own right. In addition to the yummy noodles, the taste and quality of the signature beef soup was phenomenal. The broth was super clean and packed full of flavor. The signature beef noodle soup comes with 2 beef ribs and the Lanzhou beef noodle soup is served with Chinese braised beef shank and is the signature beef soup with chili oil.

The service is great for an authentic Chinese restaurant and our party did not experience any language issues.

I've been here a couple times now and I've been very pleased every time! The place is so cleanable ND the service is friendly and so fast! I can't overstate how quick the food came out!

My friend and I ordered the cucumber in garlic sauce and celery mix with bean curd. Both were delicious appetizers, the cucumber especially. The garlic sauce was very garlicky and cucumbers were fresh and crisp. I also ordered the wontons in chili oil. They wontons were plump and juicy and the chili oil added great flavor with a hint of heat. My main entrée was the beef bone soup. The hand pulled noodles were great! I got the wide noodles and loved their chewy texture. The meat on the rib was so tender and easy to bite into. They also soaked up that delicious beef broth.
