To bad i couldn't give the store a 0 star (I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY AT ALL.) my daughter wanted to do an order online for me to go and pick it up, since i had to do something prior i didnt know what time i will be free so we tried to call the store several times and nobody answered the phone to see after the order was done how much timw i had to go and pick it up. My daughter did the order i gave her my debit card and she placed the order it said it was going to be ready by 4:20 to 4:50 pm. Once i finish my errands i went to the store once i was there my dautjer tried to check in in the app but it was telling her she was to far to check in they never said she needed to be at the store in person to check in. If they would of answered the phone amd answer my questions that i had probable could us told us that. Also what got me so mad i told the employee to cancel my order and since then and she said she could but it was going to take a couple of days for me to get my refund, this is so dum when we put the orders the store does not get our money from the bank in a couple of days they charge our account right away. THIS IS SO DUMB you can't do an order online for someone else to pic it up if the person who did the order is not present. I would never go back to this store or even spent any money in...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with Crumbl when I pre-ordered cookies for my daughter’s birthday two days in advance, intending to hand them out to her school class. I arrived on November 6th to pick up the order, only to find over 40 people waiting. Despite having a scheduled pick-up time, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, they informed me that they had run out of a specific cookie. This completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering.
The day before, I had called to ask if I could buy individual boxes for the big cookies. I was told that they would be available for $0.50 each. However, when I arrived, they refused to sell them to me. Frustrated by their unhelpful response, I left without thoroughly checking my order, only to realize later that they had shorted me by one dozen cookies.

Read moreI placed an order of six cheesecakes through Uber Eats from this location for my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately, when I bit into one of the cheesecakes, I discovered a hair baked into the cake. This was not only extremely unsanitary but also very upsetting, especially considering the order was for a special occasion. The situation made me feel sick, and I was unable to serve the desserts to my guests.
Food safety and cleanliness should be the highest priority for any restaurant, and this experience shows a serious lapse in quality control. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately to prevent it from happening to other customers.
As a paying customer, I expect safe, clean, and properly prepared food. This experience has left me very disappointed with this location, and I hope corrective action is taken so no one else has to go...
