POOR Customer Service. Be careful. Check your food and confirm before you pay. (Also rules about wearing masks are not enforced.)
I've never written a review before but took the time to log-in and write this because my experience here was horrendous. A special shout-out to VER the manager, who honestly should NOT be in customer service. He handled this poorly and probably has shown the worst managerial service I've ever seen. His actions were disrespectful.
I called in my order - I asked the person multiple times if my order came with rice and beans. She said yes. When I asked the second time, she even stopped to double check. I arrive, pay for my order, and tip. I get to the car and realize there's no rice and beans. I go back in and politely ask about it, she responds with surprise that there's none in the order (sign 1). She goes to check again and then says sorry it doesn't come with any. Now mind you I've already paid and tipped her. So, I tell her that it's wrong for me to pay under the assumption that I will be receiving something - something she told me would be included. I'm like so can I get the rice and beans or do you want to refund me and take this money back. She says she can't do anything and will ask her manager. She leaves again and then says I can pay $3.49 for it. How does that make sense - so now you want me the customer to pay for a meal that was incorrect, give you a tip and pay for the rice and beans??? No. I ask for the manger, she says he's not coming. How RUDE is that? I have never seen a manager not take the time to even discuss the problem. I think it was also unfair to this employee to have to handle this situation. The other thing is - it's rice and beans, that's really not expensive. Also assume responsibility for an error, your sorry isn't going to pay for my order.
Now here we have it, she won't refund me and she won't give me the rice and beans. So, I'm like okay - well then give me my tip back. She does, with the word ma'am but a whole attitude.
Then after all that - the food wasn't even it. Also, I risked my whole life going into this establishment which was filled with people not wearing masks.

Im writing in regards to the dinner I had at your restaurant. I dined there this evening at 6:28pm. Ludivina was my server. My dining experience was not good at all. My server was not professional, had a dirty uniform and looked very disheveled. I ordered the Texas guacamole. The Guacamole was a brownish grey color and had a very sour taste. My appetizer and entrée came at the same time. The steak fajitas were very well done and the rice and beans were cold. The server never returned to check on my table. Another female server with long brown hair came by and asked if I needed anything. I told her about the guacamole and she returned with a check for me with the guacamole removed. No one ever came by and apologized and the server still never returned. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my server to return just so I could pay. Finally I saw a man that I assumed was the manager. He was a Spanish man mid to late 30s with an orange shirt. I gave him my credit card at the host area to pay. As he was ringing my credit card I explained to him my negative experience. He didn't say anything to me and continued to scan my credit card. No apology or anything. He then gave me my credit card back and said thank you.
Im honestly shocked by how un accommodating the staff was and how un-fresh the food was. I hope that you respect your guests more than this and will take steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. I unfortunately did not read the Trip Advisor reviews about your restaurant before I dined with you. There are other recent guests that share the same issues that I had in the recent past. Read moreMy family and I came in on Friday around lunch celebrating my nephew's graduation from the police academy and his engagement to my neice. There were 12 of us and 5 of our orders were incorrect. I sat for at least 20 minutes before the waiter asked me what I wanted to drink. I waited an additional 20 minutes to have my order taken. Apparently the waiter took only 8 of our orders and as they brought their food out, 4 of us were sitting there waiting to still place our order. There were at least 15 empty tables in the restaurant and we could not understand why the service was so poor. My pregnant neice waited 35 minutes to place her order and another 30 minutes to receive her food, which was prepared incorrectly. When she advised the server, they took her plate and returned within 5 minutes with the correct order (which was enchiladas with white sauce, they initially brought it with red sauce which she specifically said she didn't want). We all paid separately, I paid for myself and 3 other people and I was surprised that they added an 11 tip on the bill for gratuity. I heard commotion from the table behind us, there was also a large group of women, also all black. They were complaining about their slow service and incorrect orders. We arrived around the same time at 12:00. There we sat an hour and a half later trying to talk to the manager.
