We had a terrible experience at this location tonight. Our order was scheduled for pickup at 5:09 PM, but when we arrived, they hadn’t even started it. At 5:25 PM, we checked in, and they still hadn't begun, but assured us it would be prioritized and ready in 20 minutes.
At 5:45 PM, we checked in again, only to be completely ignored by the employees behind the counter. After waiting for acknowledgment, I finally said "hello" to get their attention. Two employees then informed me they still hadn’t started our order—for one small pizza. Since we could no longer wait (and expecting us to at this point was absurd), I asked to cancel and receive a refund.
At this point, the person I was speaking to became rude and dismissive, saying they’d “set it aside and cancel it later” because they were too busy. Confused, I asked them to cancel and refund it now, but he claimed he needed a manager to process the refund. When I asked where the manager was, he said, "I'm the assistant manager." I asked again, "Then where is your manager?" to which he replied, "They're not here."
So let me get this straight—he’s the assistant manager, his manager isn’t present, yet he’s running the store but can’t process a refund? I pressed further, and he simply gestured at the pizzas and said he was too busy to help me. Instead, he told me to "just take his word" that it would be refunded the next day. What?!
Then, suddenly, the actual manager (who I was just told wasn't there) came out and finally offered to process the refund. She apologized and explained they had gotten busy and "pushed back" our order. When I explained how long we'd been waiting and how misleading the employees had been, the "assistant manager" tried to argue and deny it, behaving in an unbelievably immature and unprofessional manner.
This experience was beyond unacceptable. My family will never return to this location. They wasted over an hour of our time for nothing, and the way their staff handled the situation—especially the assistant manager—was completely disrespectful and...

I called tonight Saturday August the 6th to request the opportunity to return the pizza for the correct one and the employee would only say their was no manager and they were closing. I explained many times that I did not need a replacement that night and was willing to wait until I was in town again. With a very rude manor she said all that she can do is leave a note and no promises, multiple times. I said I hear you but with your attitude I will leave many notes on line with regards to your customer service. She said you go do that and quickly hung up. If I ask for easy sauce, that means easy sauce. When spending $40 to $60+ each visit you expect to get what you ask for. I got 3 pizzas tonight and ask for easy sauce on 2 of the 3 pizzas, the only pizza that wasn't supposed to be easy sauce had easy sauce. The others didn't.
