The owner owed me 3 Mills and reached out to me and said to give them a chance well when I get there he only wants to give me one. Meal? When I paid 4 3 meal I was so devastated and embarrassed so I ended up buying the other 2 meals so that my family could eat with me I figure. He's making it up I'll change the reviews. He made it up like he reached out to me but shame on you sir that step the service. You still owe me 2 meals? Don't ever say that you're gonna do something and you don't do it? You're not a person of your work. I applaud your staff there. You got wonderful staff you are the problem. You are a liar sir and I'm gonna. Make sure that everyone is aware of this. You must make up for what was done wrong. I paid for that food and you are very costly now. What was given to us was not correct? We didn't even touch that food it was all wrong. Once again. I wanna applaud the staff there and thank them the way they treated me. They wish they could do more but they couldn't. Read moreI would do zero stars if that was an option. On Sunday night I came through this one at 730 pm still plenty of open time drive thru and ordered the two piece dinner. Literally pulling out of the parking lot my food was already cold so I was disgusted. I was tired so I just went home and ate a sandwich. On Monday I called the manager and ask for a refund and told him I still had the full meal. He said ok bring it back. Not once was an apology offered for cold food. Then when I carried it back the counter girl was so rude asking why I was there and I told her. She then ask if I had a receipt and I said it may be in the bag and proceeded to open the bag and look and she rudely said give it to me, I was looking and again she said just give it to me. She then looked and said again do you have a receipt and I said not if it is not in the bag. I also said I talked to the manager and he told me to bring it back for a refund. She went to the window and told a lady why I was there and again ask do you have a receipt? I said no again. At this point I have been calm and still calm. Then again I said I talked to the manager a man and he told me to bring it back. The manager is in the back and said he expected me yesterday. Like my life was to stop to return some bad food that is nasty. So I said I got tied up and couldn’t. Read moreI am reviewing LSJ unfairly in all considerations. 4831 Staples Corpus Christi Tx has allowed all the excuses of the Pandemic be their model for today's quality. 2 fish platters with am extra piece of fish with a request for 2 iced teas and Cole slaw added to my menu provided order for $20.96 what used to be $8.00 less a year or so ago. The young gentleman at the window over talked my communication explaining their drink order describing their drink machines were down and we resolved that with LSJ ordering sweet tea. He did entertain checks on his phone for a quick reading if texts on his phone as he walked away from the window. The order was short the Cole slaw and I had to wave down the supervisor at the window after stressing I had requested sweet tea as I drove to the drive thru window. The supervisor told him to get my tea I ordered he brought 1 and I asked him a 3rd time for the second tea. Clearly this branch is in production trouble as their dining in the restaurant is already limited to hours between 11 to 4PM.
