The Domino’s on 9th Street in Corvallis is the worst. I always try to order from the one on Monroe because it’s a far better experience more often than not. Unfortunately for me, my husband thinks the store on 9th is more convenient due to its proximity to us. Over the last five years, we’ve had countless order mishaps (usually with no offers to correct their mistakes unless they’ve forgotten an item in a delivery order) that typically end up sending me to Little Cesar's for cheap pizza as a replacement. To top that off, we are never greeted when we go pick up our food—despite making full eye contact with the two to four employees typically on shift—and I’m often the one initiating contact in regards to my order. Once you make it through the painfully heavy door to go pick up your order, it looks like they’ve made next to no attempt at cleaning the establishment where the food is prepared. And to top it off, I went in there this evening to pick up the food my husband ordered and was once again left standing there for several minutes, completely ignored, and watched no less then three employees take their headphones in and out of their ears several times to communicate with each other and then go back to touching the food they were making—without washing their hands. I’m so disgusted. I don’t even want to feed my family this food, which is wild because even with their online coupons it’s still crazy expensive to feed a household as big as mine. Genuinely, I may be overreacting but that was so gross to me. The amount of germs they’re spreading alone… yuck. I would never have done anything like that when I worked in the food industry. Fast food doesn’t mean you lose the standard of food safety. And then to be met with hostility when I asked if my order was the one sitting there getting cold while they all pretended they didn’t have customers? Yeah, no thank you. I’ll either order from the more expensive places in town or stick with Little Cesar’s cardboard...
Read moreI'm extremely frustrated. I am a college student who visits this location often. However the last 5 or 6 times they have constantly messed up my knots. I've ordered both in person and through the app. The garlic knots are constantly made as parmesan knots, which i can not eat. I've been very forgiving considering the app has no options for comments on the food including allergies and other. Today, however I went in and ordered I asked for garlic knots again. After an almost 25 minute wait and no receipt provided till the order was complete I see that the woman at the counter placed them as parmesan messing up my order again, on top of the fact that she didnt charge me for another item that I ordered. They remade them for the gal to come back from break and be upset about the remake. She stated that there was no button for other types of knots and that I needed to let them know that about no parmesan so they can make a note in their order. The same could be said for them. If I order garlic knots and there's no button then why didn't she put it in the comments? I left the place in tears due to the fact that I was embarrassed for something that was not my fault. The only reason it wasn't a 1 star is because if all the other staff members who have fixed her mistakes up till this point. I can say that I will not be going back to this location no...
Read moreWe ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and olive, half pineapple and Ham. It took about an hour to get to us. We followed the little delivery car on the app and it passed our location several times to what I assumed was other deliveries. About 46 minutes into the wait the app said our pizza was delivered but I had been standing by the front door and it wasn't. I follow the prompts on the app for a concern / rating the delivery because I hadn't gotten the pizza. The app only let me make a comment, had two boxes one offering a 20% discount and the other free crazy bread. I chose no thanks because I wanted my pizza. About 6 minutes later the driver showed up where's my pizza, he was polite and I thanked him. I got upstairs open the pizza and was extremely disappointed, so were my children. Several of the pieces didn't even have sauce, cheese or toppings on them, literally just pieces of crust, like maybe the pizza fell in the box except the sauce and cheese weren't spilled anywhere on the box either. I tried to contact dominos with no luck so I left a concern / complaint with the corporate office. This was several days ago and they still have not returned an email or phone call. I'll let these pictures speak...
