This is the only Burger King where you can't have it your way.
If you are vegan or a customer in general, I have to warn you about the extremely aggressive environment at this Burger King. I have never seen anything like it. I stopped eating here before the pandemic because an employee told me he didn't feel like making anything on the menu except the chicken and if I didn't want that then leave. We recently started ordering from them again after they started selling their Impossible burgers. I ask for no cheese, just plain, and even when I state that I'm vegan and can't eat cheese, they then add cheese every time. When I politely return the food and ask them for either a refund or to remake the food, either a clerk or the cook will come out yelling at me or blaming me and refuse to remake the food. A clerk once pointed at me when a cook was angry and blamed me for his mistake when I said no cheese face to face to him. The clerk typed cheese in and then ignored me at the register. Then the clerk came back and got aggressive and said they only made the impossible burger one way. Another time a clerk had to try to talk a cook down and hold him back who tried to intimidate me into leaving by yelling at me, told me, "I get what I asked for," and that no one is going to remake my food without cheese on it.
Recently we got a Christmas gift card and asked for plain Impossible burgers and they sprayed non-vegan mayo on just one of the burgers. We do not eat mayo on burgers in general.
I am very uncomfortable coming into the building when they act like they want to physically fight me. I reached out to the manager once for a refund and was ignored. Do not eat here, they yell at you in front of customers over some cheese or mayo, it's embarrassing, and sometimes I have to immediately leave because it feels like they are about to jump over the counter at me. This is bizarre and there are no consequences for these workers. They act however they want, are rude, and they haven't gotten my order right in over a year, whether inside, drive thru, or through apps. On deal days, the clerks will ignore the deals and charge you full price and you still don't get to eat or get your money back. And vegan burgers...
Read moreEdit: I revisedy rating due to the great service I received today (different team member). I only went to bk because everyone else was closed due to weather conditions. In the middle of a winter storm, the team member was courteous, efficient, actually said thank you and gave me my receipt; and my food was fresh and hot. Much better than my last visit. I hoped they retrained or did something to help the lady from my last visit.
Previous: I came through the drive through for breakfast and the entire experience was bad. The lunch menu was still up, so I asked if they were serving breakfast to make sure and the bk associate rudely responded "breakfast only," as if I wasn't looking at an all lunch menu. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant meal with french toast sticks. She misunderstood me several times before supposedly getting it correct. I couldn't tell her the meal number because it wasn't showing. 🤷🏿♀️ When I received my food, I checked and did not have hash browns. I went around and told her my order was missing them and she told me she ring me up for the sandwich, orange juice, and french toast sticks all separately and I would have to pay for hash browns. I explained that if anything I should only be charged the difference, because the orange juice and hash browns would've been part of the meal. Furthermore, I didn't receive a receipt to verify charge. She argued until she eventually gave me the hash browns. I wanted to complete a survey online, but have no receipt. There was noone in line at Burger King, while McDonald's, right beside it, had a long line. I now know why. Poor service ruins a...
Read moreI wish that I could give a lower rating, to be honest.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich as always and they didn't clarify which I wanted. I wanted the junior. They never clarify which sandwich as they should to avoid confusion. I've always received the junior and never a deluxe, because who assumes you want the most expensive one? After realizing that I didn't clarify, I returned to inform them that I had made a mistake and that I'd like to exchange my food for what I actually wanted.
The employee ended up going off on a two minute long rant about their menu and how it was my fault for not ordering correctly and continually yelled over me while calling me rude. When I said I understood the two different items and that I just wanted the issue resolved, she screamed "can you let me speak?!"
I sat in silence for another minute as did she so I finally just said that I wanted my money back. 🤷♀️ I'm sorry that employee is having a bad day, or whatever, but her job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE. If she can't talk to people and work towards fixing issues she should not be allowed to speak to customers.
They gave me my money back and told me to keep the sandwich, but it was overcooked with a burnt bun and more Mayo than any sandwich...
