The stars are for the food only. I would give 0 stars for the service. Most of the food was good except the 1 pizza was very burnt. 2 people didn't get their meals and it took 30 min to get the server to even get back to tell her. Everyone else was finished by then and had shared their food to our hungry friends. We were a group of 8. A big group but not huge and we were the only ones eating in the whole place. Allie was our server. We weren't in a hurry cause we were watching the band but when we wanted to leave it took over an hour for her to get our checks straightened out and given to us. And after 5 hours! Yes you read that right we were there 5 hours and she couldn't get our bills straightened out in 5 hours! She says to the table, "you guys just need to be patient". I almost came out if my seat but I didn't say a word just like I hadn't said a word about it up to that point. She double charged us for several things(and refused to take off) and she under charged others by $40(which we pointed out and had her correct cause we aren't into ripping people off even if it is their own fault). That place has some great things going for it, the bar, the food, live music but if they don't figure out the service side they will never get repeat business. It wasn't just slow or bad service this was a horrible experience and unacceptable for a place...
Read moreBest hotel restaurant / lounge outside of Vegas. Really enjoyed this lively place. Best hotel breakfast....ordered Eggs Benedict off the menu, they also have a small buffet. Had to try the homemade jalepeno poppers stuffed with spinach artichoke dip, battered and fried. I'm not a huge fan of spinach artichoke dip, this kicks it way up. I couldn't actually eat the jalepenos because they were too hot but the gooey insides were worth it. Several TV's surround the dining areas and are set to sports stations. They have live music several nights as well as Karaoke. Was really loud with a wedding party at dinner but was quiet for breakfast. The service was top notch with multiple servers checking on us. I might stop in even if I"m not staying at the Raddison which is a nice hotel. My room was over the top with a marble hot tub...
Read moreThis was really good! I didn't have my hopes up because sometimes hotel restaurants can get away with serving mediocre food to a captive audience, but I genuinely enjoyed everything I ate at the Fifth Lounge in the Radisson. We got the stuffed breadsticks ($12 for three, a little steep) fish sandwich and tots ($13?) and a burger and fries ($14). The server was super sweet and gracious despite being the only person working the entire restaurant and bar. The tots and fries were perfectly fried and had a great Cajun seasoning on them. The burger was delicious and the fish sandwich was great too, I liked how soft the bread was. FYI No vegetarian options at all...
