Receipt wasn't given and my food was cold and wrong. I called to this location and asked for a manager and a lady was on the phone with me and said this is Michelle and I am the manager. I explained to her what was going on with my food situation told her that it was cold and wrong. She asked me if I still have my receipt I told her that I wasn't given one and she was very rude and said 'Our policy is that with every transaction there's a receipt given:. I proceeded to tell her " I'm sorry but I have to tell you that there wasn't one given this time. I also tried to tell her that I was the only car in the drive thru at that time and that she could easily look it up. But she continued to be rude with a response of " no receipt I can't help you ' attitude. Now that's sad to have an attitude like that and it's also said when we are return customers at least 2-3 times a week we go to that location either on the way to work or on the way home from work. So because of her rudeness I told her that I really don't think that she values her customers as she should and we are not sure if we want to go to that location anytime soon or again. Again, when I said that to her she replied " that's fine if you don't want to return here or continue to be a customer here's in a very rude and disrespectful manner. So in all, I am still appalled at her attitude and that she's a manager of a team of people. Nobody deserves to be treated in the manner that she talked to me. Read moreLet me start off by saying, I ALWAYS go to this Wendy's because of the location. Never had a bad experience, until today. And it was AWFUL. 1st, I tell the lady that I have a keychain for a jr frosty that I did get from this location and the lady asks me if I have the keychain or coupons because they only do coupons there. That's not true because we get a jr frosty 3 times a week with the keychain. She talks to her manager and they accommodate me, fine. 2nd, I get to the pickup window and SHONDA, hands me the wrong order and I tell her that its not correct. She gives me this COLD AND COCKY look, without apologizing and goes to get my correct order. I had asked her for honey mustard before she went to get my correct order and when she brings me the food, I asks if she had put the honey mustard in the bag and she responds AGAIN, IN A COLD AND COCKY demeanor, "no i didn't". Then, one of the grilled chicken go wrap tortillas are hard. Who is this person and what's up with this awful service? We coupon was for bogo on a Dave single. I politely explained to the worker what the coupon was for and she looked puzzled. She went and got the manager. He came to the window and instantly argued with me that they don’t accept store credits for other stores. I very politely attempted to explain to turn the receipt over but the gentleman was so rude he wouldn’t even stop talking and listen to what I was trying to say.
