To whom may it concern I took my family of three to Bruster’s for their first experience, having recently moved from California. I expected them to enjoy it, but our visit at 8:37 p.m. was disappointing. There were three open windows taking orders, and in our line, three young girls were chatting and sampling every flavor on the menu. After about five to eight minutes of waiting for them to decide, I finally prepared to place my order.
Just as it was our turn, the girl working the window abruptly closed it, yelling, "I'm closing this window!" Despite us standing there for a good ten minutes—along with other people waiting behind us—she showed no consideration. I love all of the flavors I have tried so far but they are on the sweeter/richer side than other places. I love it, but I am just saying it for the people who prefer desserts that aren’t so sweet. Only downside was not being able to order pickup online ahead of time, it says it’s available then it isn’t when you try to place an order, I tried it twice and on different days.
