Abby's Legendary Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Picture is how I received the raw mess of a pizza. BEWARE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! My whole family had food poisoning my boyfriend almost had to go to the hospital!!!!. He was almost instantly sick after eating two slices!! The manger Melanie is very unpleasant. I have been going to abbys pizza forever and every since she came along my visits have been horrible. My pizza was raw. Was gave to me a MESS. I paid over 30$ for a undercooked horrible pizza and left feeling very unhappy. I highly recommend going to ANY OTHER Abby's pizza BESIDES this one!! And if it's your first time their don't let it distort your view on Abby's as a whole. Just go to a different one. I promise you will be amazed at the difference! I still have the raw pizza. Have not received any call back from the other manager Johnathan which I was promised to hear from. I will be warning as many people as I can about this place. I have worked in customer service jobs and I know it's hard but there is no reason to be rude or scoff at people who are simply making a small request. Especially being not one time but two different times serving me a raw bad pizza. Which was requested politely to be cooked a little longer in the oven on thin crust to make it well done. Neither of those I got. when this time I made sure to come in way earlier to hope it would be not raw. When I had arrived my pizza had been done already. I proceeded to wait over 25 minutes on the spuds after the fact? So my pizza was cold. Both orders placed at the same time Made no sense why my pizza was raw when they had plenty of time in that 25 mins to throw it back in the oven which I asked and she scoffed at me and said it was to late. Walked in with my fiance and 10 month year old daughter to sit down and have pizza and the atmosphere was comfortable and got up to the line was talking to some customers while we waited to get a menu, and sat ourselfs no service or even a have a seat and be helpful, bring a high chair to those in need, just all around good service, we order our pizzas and asked for one to be put aside for request to heat up upon leaving, and when they came out I had to come get my pizzas and they had employees helped bring over what I ordered, when we got the pizzas one was made wrong missing toppings I’ve paid for and was on the receipt and one pizza was not to be brought but to be made and heated upon request, so my fience took the pizzas back and asked for what we paid for, easy to follow a order if it’s written or typed on the computer, I had the receipt, I’m not wrong!!, so back to what I was saying!!!, she’s walking up my fience and in doing so heard, ms Karen, oh I mean her name is Debra and said she is the manager, and from other reviews makes costumers and employees uncomfortable, so she’s at the counter and hears “oh my god here we go!!!, making direct eye contact with my fience and made our family very uncomfortable when I paid 130$ with tip for there service and how taken back I was to move into this community and get this kind of service!!!! Used to get food from here, but never again. Ordered pizza and both boneless and regular wings. Delivery driver rolled up and said they put both wing orders in the same box. It was dark outside and I saw wings so I said fine. Driver took off and got the order inside and it turns out all the wings were regular bone in. Called to let them know, kid in charge said that couldn't be because he did the order himself. Told him I was looking right at them. He said I should have alerted the driver before he left, called me a liar because he had made the order personally, and offered to make me some boneless wings, all I had to do was reorder and pay full price, and his driver would be back in 45 minutes to an hour. My first instinct was to go throw the wings in his face to prove he messed up, but I refrained because I'm too old and cuddly to go to jail for puddle stomping some young, dumb shitbird.
