I recently had the pleasure of visiting a hidden gem in Deep Ellum, and it's safe to say that this bar exceeded all expectations. From well-priced drinks to impeccable customer service, it's a place that stands out in the crowd.
The first thing that caught my attention was the affordability of the drinks. In an area where prices can sometimes be steep, this bar offers a refreshing change with reasonably priced drinks that don't compromise on quality. It's the perfect spot for those looking to have a great time without breaking the bank.
What truly sets this establishment apart, though, is the amazing customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make patrons feel welcome and attended to. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. The bartenders, in particular, are not just skilled mixologists but also friendly and engaging individuals who contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere.
Speaking of bartenders, this bar boasts the three best in Deep Ellum: Blake, Kimberly, and Shawn. Each bartender is a master of their craft, creating cocktails that are both inventive and expertly crafted. Their knowledge of drinks is matched only by their charismatic personalities, making every interaction at the bar a memorable one. Whether you have a specific drink in mind or are open to recommendations, these bartenders are sure to exceed your expectations.
In conclusion, if you're in Deep Ellum and looking for a spot with well-priced drinks, outstanding customer service, and the three best bartenders in town, look no further. This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a...

I’ve now been back twice on days when Leslie was behind the bar and she has been friendly and great both times. Everyone has an off day and I’m thrilled to see that that’s what our former experience can be chalked up to, because I truly love this bar.

We were having a perfect Adair’s experience with the bar and kitchen staff until Leslie showed up. She only paid attention to the new people at the bar and completely ignored the needs of the people who had been present and watching the game prior to her arrival. Unfortunately, the bartender we’d had, who was so attentive and nice, was relegated to barback and all of the rest of the staff suddenly lost comfort and confidence. We left before the end of the game because we could not get her attention in a very reasonable crowd (rainy night), never mind getting good service from her. She complained very publicly about getting cut from the Sunday schedule and promoted her other jobs at other bars, including her main gig at The Goat. She also talked badly about customers while we and other couples tried to defend them a bit. Outside of our experience with her, Adair’s has been among our favorite...
Read moreI recently visited Adair's Saloon with a group of friends to celebrate a friend's early birthday, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! It was a weekday, so the place wasn't super packed, which made it perfect for our relaxed celebration.
The atmosphere is exactly what you'd want from a classic Dallas honky-tonk—cozy, casual, and full of character. Even though it was a quieter night, the live music from the solo artist was still on point, providing the perfect backdrop for our evening. The musician played with great energy and made the night feel special for us.
The drinks were reasonably priced, and the bartenders were friendly and quick, making sure we were well taken care of. We also enjoyed some of the food— the burgers were delicious, and the portions were generous.
Overall, Adair's Saloon is a great spot to hang out with friends, enjoy live music, and experience a true Texas atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a laid-back night out, Adair's is definitely worth a visit. We'll be...
