I placed an online order on Monday, 3/7/22 at 11:30AM, by 1:15PM I still had not received my order. I am a nurse and was scheduled to be in the operating room by 1:15PM leaving no time to be able to actually eat what I had ordered. I contacted the store 5 times before someone finally picked up, explained they were short staffed but that my order would be cancelled and the transaction would be refunded. The individual I spoke to did not refund or void the transaction and $27.28 was processed on my card for an order I never received. I reached out via email (there is no corporate contact phone number) the following day and was told to contact the store manager. I called and spoke with Larry who was unaplogetic, explained that he "was not here yesterday and there was nothing he could do to refund because the day was already closed out". I contacted the individual that emailed me instructing me to contact the store manager and explained what the store manager told me. I was told the information would be forwarded to the store owner. It is now Friday, 3/11/22 and my money has not been refunded nor have I been contacted further. This location stole my money, almost $30 with no remorse and no solution in site. Read moreI ordered directly from Jimmy John’s app and requested delivery last Friday. Delivery guy from this location literally tossed it towards my door and then decided to set up correctly when he saw the camera. Never received two items that were ordered with my food and when I attempted to resolve this with the location directly to refund the two items not delivered the lady proceeds to tell me she is the only one working right now and she will have the driver come get the delivered food from me and refund me at that point for the entire order. I called corporate to refund the two items plus the tip for the horrible customer service received. Corporate rep tells me their locations are individually owned and he will send an email over to the owner with a response within 24 hours. It’s been well over 24hrs and no response nor a refund of items not delivered. Apparently the owner has no customer service either with no apology and no response to make it right. Based on the previous reviews it must be the same lady and male delivery guy causing issues at this location. Read moreFood is alright, service is bad...very bad. I've ordered from here 3 times since it's only 5 minutes from my job. I don't drive a car to work so I order delivery. 2 out of the last 3 times I've ordered it's been an abnormally long delivery time & I give leeway because it's lunch time.
I'm talking 30-40 minutes after I order the website says it's on the way & I take lunch. I end up waiting 20+ minutes AFTER that even though they're 5 minutes away. I've called when this happens & whoever answers is snippy about how the driver should "be there shortly".
I had to call again once the food didn't arrive after more than an hour. Spent 10 minutes getting it cancelled & a refund (with no apology by the way) WOW - I'm sure I won't get my reward back I used trying to get lunch that...
