Well first of all, let me begin by saying how HORRIBLE this location is with service & with the employee crew they always seem to find that honestly have no clue what they're doing. I'm not a picky person whatsoever & I don't have high expectations for a fast food place. I actually love McDonalds, a lot!! But this location always leaves me with a bad mood/temper. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here and give them the 500th chance they do something very wrong. The list of problems could go on and on but I wouldn't finish typing it all within 4 hours. & it's sad to say I'm not even exaggerating. But today was just one of those bad services that made me get on here just to let u know what you have in this location. First of all the staff they have in the drive thru is very unprofessional towards customer service. I always ask if they have a certain item available & how many (I.e. Pies) so I can get all of them. They never seem to be stocked up with strawberry creme pies to begin with. Not even one pie available EVER. Today they said they had 4 so I asked for them, when I pulled up to the 1st window to pay for my order I noticed the employee without a care in the world eating a strawberry creme pie. She charged me and I pulled to the next window to get my order. Only to tell me that now they only had 3 pies. I immediately knew where the fourth pie had went to. And I know it's just a pie but it's the whole concept of me paying for a pie that an employee ate. The SAME employee that had charged me for that 4th pie had helped herself to it. Like how disrespectful is that? Im not one to judge, if you're hungry and you want a pie you have the rest of your WHOLE shift to wait for a new batch to come out, I don't. And while you stand there eating that pie infront of me knowing I just paid for it is just disrespectful. This set of employees ALWAYS mess up my order, either they overcharge me, forget to put some items in my bag. Charge me for the wrong thing, serve me oatmeals that are dryer than how they come to begin with. Tell me to pull forward when I'm the only car in the drive thru. And I know they are not supposed to because I myself have worked at fast food places and I know that is a big NO NO!! The managers however have nothing to do with this disaster. I always see them working their butt off preparing the food. Their only mistake is being too busy to supervise their crew and how they handle customers. I'm sorry Montfort store but I've reached my limit. And if you had a person standing at the end of the drive thru waiting for people leaving with their orders, with a survey on how they are leaving satisfied with the service I can GUARANTEE you every single person would give you guys a Thumbs down. Either train your employees on how to take orders, prepare the foods, and overall customer service or simply just shut this location down, because this is your only downfall. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!! I get home and im missing 3 items Plus on top of that I didn’t get the sauces i order i tried calling back they answered once in the middle of me speaking they hung up on me i tried calling back but the dont answer and hung up the phone. I would be going in the morning to talk to the general manager about it because the people who work at these store are so stupid this is not the first time i had a problem at this location they have the worst people ever working here The overnight manager they have is so rude for not answering the phone but what could I expect if they hired a manager who dont even know what she’s doing ISABEL she got fired from the McDonalds at royal ln & 75 for lazy. Nasty when it comes to food preparation & but most importantly for stealing I cannot believe the type if people they hire & specially the horrible service that they have in this location.
