First I was going to order online because their website said delivery until 2pm. When I wasn't given the option I called the restaurant. Latoya, the GM answered and explained to me that they were not delivering at this time, 1:12pm. I said.. Oh, that's not what your website says. It says til 2pm, are you saying this is not true? She then said, well... yes... And no... me:??? Huh?. I'm like ok whatever we will call someone else. When I explained this to my Team they were very disappointed. See we had won a free lunch from our executive for an outstanding performance and they had their heart set on potbelly. I found a friend to go p/u the food, so we called it in, $55.64 was our total. So you can see this wasn't a tab for 2 it was for 5. When my friend went to pick it up. There was a little mis hap with the cc# no problem they called, it was taken care of. So now here comes the food... I should have taken a picture of how this was packed! Everything was thrown in one bag! I was missing one soup, but charged for it. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have also worked in the food industry.. so the lack of care for my $56 charge. Ugh. Never going here, and will not be recommending this location. And FYI Ms. Latoya if it is written in black and white, and on THE INTERNET for crying out loud.. change it, and honor your...
Read moreIt isn't possible to leave a review with no stars, hence the one. Our office has ordered from pot belly's quite a bit, and despite a few order/delivery snafus, we consistently have given the benefit of the doubt, bc, lets be honest, my boss loves a potbelly PBJ.
Today, we ordered at 11:57, expected delivery per confirmation was 12:45-1. At 1:16, I called the store to touch base and see if the delivery had been sent, spoke with Fabio, (maybe the same who left a 5 star review down below? ), was told driver left 7 mins ago ( we are fairly close to the greenville store), said he would call her and check, then call back. after ten mins, no call, we called back, order would be there shortly.
Sometime after 1:30, the order arrives. $45.00 worth of food, still give a decent tip to driver, only to realize items missing from our order, and soda's that were a month expired. And I should note that receipt stated order was sent out 1:16, right after we made the first call, and told driver left seven minutes ago.
Called back, spoke to same guy, order was comped, good on them, right? Was also told the items we were missing would be sent. That was two hours ago, no delivery.We called again, and got, " I told the driver, I guess if she hasn't brought them...I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

Read moreWe were very excited to discover there was a Potbelly close by as we just moved to this neighborhood. I placed an order thru the app this evening and went to go pick it up. Upon arrival I noticed how clean and well kept this location was compared to other locations. One of the employees yelled “you gotta pickup order?”. Well hello to you too. I said yes and gave him my name. It wasn’t ready even though I was right on time to pick it up (even though there was only ONE other guest in the whole restaurant) no biggie, I understand things happen. I told him that this was a very well kept location to which he rolled his eyes and continued making my sandwich.
This interaction prompted me to look at other guest experiences/reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring complaint (regarding rude employees) that you’re obviously not willing to fix. You can keep your recycled response to bad reviews with the company email to send complaints to that probably won’t even get read. How...
